We ordered 6 cheeseburgers on December 30th and the bottom buns were inedible. The edges were completely hard and stale. The staff and customer service was great, but when we opened the bag and couldn’t even get our teeth to bite into the burgers, it was pretty disappointing.
This is an alright Five guys with good food and good service. I normally don’t do national chains much when I’m in Cincinnati, but when it’s the only option I usually go for this Five Guys. It’s definitely worth going to if you like Five Guys.
Dietary restrictions: PEANUTS! PEANUTS EVERYWHERE! If you have a peanut allergy, then stay away.

I always love stopping in Five Guys for a quick burger, fries, hot dogs or a grill cheese sandwich. The food is always prepared fresh with burgers made to order. And, who can resist those peanuts to snack on!!
