I like the food here, a lot! The bacon cheeseburgers are top tier, the Mount Everest of FRENCH FRIES they give you will make you cry from happiness. You get your food fast and easy. This is a nice location, the employees are laid back, but get things done! I had the oreo milk shake and almost ate the cup because it taste so good! Five Guys has become our favorite burger spot. Everything is fresh everything and we frequent both the Colerain and Newport locations often.
Parking: In Newport, we park in the paid parking lot for the Levee. In Colerain, their is free parking in front of the restaurant.

I, like many others, seem to love five guys! But if food is being made to order, can it be cooked correctly? My burger was overcooked . Fries were hot but not fresh. Yes, I am suggesting they may have been cooked several times and over-fried.
