What a great little gem in OTR. I have nothing but praise for every part of our meal. The must unexpected surprise was the truly fantastic clam chowder! As a New Englander who rarely misses a soup before dinner, this was possibly the finest I have ever had. Drinks, wine and apps were all enjoyed by our party. The lamb shank was a highlight. Although not inexpensive, I felt the dishes were appropriately priced and did not have my usual sticker shock when the bill came. Give this place a try and enjoy!
The cioppino is outstanding. They dont give a temp choice on the burger and its always overcooked
Staff were friendly, and cocktail menu and cocktails were good. Food left something to be desired. I ordered the linguine alle vongole; the sauce was bland (needed acid), the pasta was squished together, chewy and not edible, and large pieces of cracked shells were in the plated dish.
Everything we ate was just excellent. The Ceasar Salad, the Meatballs and then the Garlic Bread .. just excellent. The staff very friendly and provided good descriptions of the menu. I'll return again when I am back in Cincinnati.
I had the most amazing dining experience while celebrating my birthday with my best friend. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, stylish, and perfect for a special occasion. The service was exceptional our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. It truly felt like a treat from start to finish. We never felt rushed and were able to relax, laugh, and enjoy the evening. This restaurant made my birthday feel extra special, and I'm so grateful for the experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for great food, great service, and a great vibe. I will definitely be returning!
Our server was outstanding and on point with her recommendations. Good was delicious and atmosphere was so fun.
Great food and service. Very accommodating and the bartender Damian and his manager were superb !
First time there. Patrick was great. Food was great, well prepared with exact spice levels. The Burrata was awesome arranged. Down part: the noise level was high and additional we were sitting under a speaker where the music could have been a little turned down in volume...
We were disappointed that some of the items were taken off the menu. Some of our favorite dishes.
The drinks and appetizer (Burrata) were top notch, atmosphere was good and honestly, $12 drinks is kind of a steal for the quality and location. We had higher hopes for the main courses we ordered (orecchiette & ricotta gnocchi), both were overly salty, neither of us finished the relatively reasonable portion of pasta, and my gnocchi was supposed to have peas, but, there wasn't one in sight. Overall, we'd go back for appetizers and drinks, but, would skip the pasta.

Really good menu for all food tastes. Great staff, very attentive and explained the menu. Had a large group of 10 and it was perfect
Was too pricey for what our 4 pasta entree's included, & while the pasta was very good, some of the pasta dishes did not include a protein & the bread cost extra, EXTREMELY ODD for Italian dishes to not include bread! Most food items were ala carte. Probably will not return to this restaurant
Service was slow, snack plates & rolls were forgotten, burger cooked wrong. Had a positive experience the first time I came but this was not that.
Service was exceptional. Our server, Chuck, was attentive without hovering and was knowledgeable about the menu. The elderflower gin cocktail was delicious.
First time at Five, food was good, bar tender Alex was fantastic! Great customer service and friendly attentive attitude. Jonathan
