We dropped in on a Friday night before a bike rideand were fortunate to be seated right qway.

We had the truffle pasta and black
squid pasta with clams and a kale side which was show stealing, fabulous.
Good service and good bar.

Wonderful anniversary dinner that was amazing. Our service was wonderful and the whole staff seem to go above and beyond to make us feel valued. The food was absolutely delicious from the cornbread with that amazing honey butter to the steak and seafood everything tasted superb. Would definitely recommend.

The food here was good, but we did not feel it was the best value. I have no complaints, but it was nothing exceptional. The ambiance is nice and it makes a great date night spot, however there was nothing particularly memorable about the dining experience.

Enjoyed this visit to Five on Vine for my partner's birthday. He loved his salmon and lobster mac and cheese. For me the French Pork Chop, mashed potatoes and fried green tomatoes were wonderful. He also tries some my fried green tomatoes and loved them as well. Staff was very attentive and food was perfect. Now Five on Vine ain't cheap. . .but for a special occasion I am all in.

Absolutely loved the vodka rigatoni here. Can taste the garlic, onion, and red pepper in the sauce, it was fantastic. Cocktails were great, fries were delicious, plenty of great options all around.

A nice place for a birthday celebration! The service was wonderful .... Sydney is a delight! ❤️. All of our dishes were delicious across the table. We have tried four different things on the menu and would order them again: French pork chop, vodka pasta, stroganoff, salmon. Love that their pasta is homemade. The OTR Wellington was ok .... Nothing special. My only disappointment has been the dessert. Both times we dined there, we were NOT impressed with dessert at all. The first time we had the Chess ... we all agreed it was like we were eating uncooked runny pie batter. The second time we had the apple crisp special, which was insanely and overly sweet + complete mush with few / paper thin apples. The best part was the gelato, a salted caramel crunch. We would definitely return and try new menu items but would be reluctant to get dessert again.

Our dinner out at Five on Vine made for an excellent birthday celebration. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and sources of the food. We started with the Baked Brie so delicious! I had the excellent French Pork chop and my spouse the Cioppino. Portion size perfect. We finished with very generous portion of the Hummingbird cake and Budino, (an Italian pudding). Both very rich and delicious. My one suggestion might be to have something lighter, more fruit oriented on the dessert menu. Thank you for helping us celebrate. We will return.

We had a great server, Danielle. Very knowledgeable. Talked us thru the menu. Truffle fettuccine, a popular dish according to her, was fabulous. She also recommended bacon-braised kale - again, wonderful. Just a really nice experience. Would definitely return.

Food was pretty good, did not like the house bread and it was served with everything, app and dinner, service was just adequate, asked for a wine list during our meal for a second glass and server didn’t return until after our meal, nice atmosphere but somewhat bright except window seats

Probably one one of the best restaurants in OTR. Sectioned as a chophouse, their pastas deserve as much of a 5 star rating as their steak cuts. Vibes are immaculate, paired with fantastic food. This place should be a staple for restaurant enthusiasts. Ps: Pastas are a notch above pepp and dolores.

The food is amazing. Steak was so good that I went back the next day. Great atmosphere and very easy to walk from my hotel, Townesplace Suites on 7th and Race (13mins). Highly recommended for taste and freshness.

Everything about this last minute reservation was a blessing in disguise! Terrell made some great recommendations while providing exemplary customer service & training. Would highly recommend the meatballs, fried green tomatoes & pork chop. Loved how the restaurant was chef owned & how much pride was put into the food & our experience. Would highly recommend you visit. This restaurant is definitely a five out of five; hence, the restaurant name... Five on Vine!!!
