What a great little gem in OTR. I have nothing but praise for every part of our meal. The must unexpected surprise was the truly fantastic clam chowder! As a New Englander who rarely misses a soup before dinner, this was possibly the finest I have ever had. Drinks, wine and apps were all enjoyed by our party. The lamb shank was a highlight. Staff were friendly, and cocktail menu and cocktails were good. Food left something to be desired. I ordered the linguine alle vongole; the sauce was bland (needed acid), the pasta was squished together, chewy and not edible, and large pieces of cracked shells were in the plated dish.
Everything we ate was just excellent. The Ceasar Salad, the Meatballs and then the Garlic Bread .. just excellent. The staff very friendly and provided good descriptions of the menu. I'll return again when I am back in Cincinnati.
