Breakfast was Nasty pancake was dirty with a lot black grease the waitress apologize for the dirty pancake and cold tea , they are short staff, the Breakfast was send back ,the replacement came without a fork my husband finish eating before I got a fork however I could not eat because my stomach was upset ,I decided not to pay for my breakfast the request was granted but no apologies from supervisor nasty place will not go back

Currently 5:14am 9/12/2024.. Sitting outside the restaurant.. attempted to walk up only to be to told to order online, however unable to order online as the two young ladies in here are cleaning up and have turned off the door dash orders. Now I have to wait for a refund when I would have rather waited until the sign that says open is off.. Sadly I had a great tip in hand, but the mop was more important.

This place is absolutely nasty. Seriously avoid this place I’m certain the health department would shut it down. The employees are a joke. How hard is it to cook the frozen prepackaged ingredients wow. Order placed @12:30 Wednesday august 28 2024. Please do something about this store the company should be embarrassed.

I dont like that you have to order at the kiosk. Upon ordering at the kiosk something was wrong and it wouldn't take my card ao I went to the counter and told them and was told someone would come and take my order shorty, they never came. We went to another kiosk and it worked.

This is great, it's open almost all night, it's clean and comfortable. While is more of a breakfast concept it has fries and sandwiches and is great for a quick lunch or dinner. Or just a coffee. It's a little visited treasure here especially since waffle house closed. I don't know why more people don't come here. I prefer it to Panera or Starbucks honestly
whom ever was on duty for first shift left the front before i could retrieve my cutlery , i tried to call for someone but no response so i went behind the counter which took .2 seconds to grab cutlery, after exiting ,when walking back to my car the ladies scream to me “don’t come back in here” . She wasn’t doing her job and got upset at me ? yeah do NOT go to flipd unless you want poor customer service and to be yelled out while exiting the store

I ordered two classic burgers and I asked for bacon in only one of them and when I got my order both of them had bacon. The burgers were also cold and tasted like it was prepared hours before. The fries were cold and salty. They didn’t send straws or napkins. The ladies that were there were very rude. It’s definitely not worth

Was completely expecting it to be somewhat ratchet inside but it was actually really nice and clean. We went In around 3pm and ordered breakfast burritos and coffee. I usually don’t go to ihop a lot of times because the food comes out stale or cold but this location did a really great job. The burrito was so insanely good and hot and the coffee was fresh and hot ! definitely will be going back. I didn’t catch the workers name but she was working by herself and she is doing an amazing job.

⭐⭐⭐ - bc it's like a fancy sit-down place or black tie event , so take that I to account .-Food took awhile - even just boneless wings , shouldn't take 20+ mins. It was fairly empty that night .- but they were warm & edible, so that a ++.- beer was cold, & glass did taste like soapy water as other locations.- the floor was kinda filthy, it's college & HS kids probably, but lots of staff standing around , could have ran a sweeper over the floor.Bartender was very nice !! & Gave honest options of flavors & such !- maybe put something else besides sports commentary on the TV .. if there is no games. Maybe put in some sports highlights or Cincinnati sports high lights, or reruns.
Kid-friendliness: A kid could eat here & be happy .
Wheelchair accessibility: First floor. Lots of tables to sit at.
