Worst experience ever!!! I don’t recommend this ihop to anyone. My orange juice was watered down and my cup wasn’t even filled up, just half way, the wait was so long and my husbands food was brought to him and I still sat and waited for my food so we didn’t eat together ended up sharing hashbrowns because mine was never brought to me.

Came town for a family reunion. We went there early morning hours, around 3am I believe. Ordered an omlet with spinach and mushrooms. My food had hair in it, I politely sent it back. Every one else we're nearly done by the time replacement order came so I took it to go. Still tipped the waitress $25. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed the remake order still had hair in it as if they were being placed intentionally. I'll stick to Waffle House.

I have no idea what the kitchen looks like, but whatever you do, do not order from this place. Day after eating everybody is sick, I literally said before ordering that the place is gross and we shouldn’t get it, literally disgusting.

Food is ok and good on my plate but my step sister found a hair in her food, kind of unsafe for a restaurant, and also the tables here are dirty here, never clean when someone leaves, so can you have someone responsible for these problems to be fixed

We are very happy you guys opened up in Clifton. We were looking for a fun and affordable spot for brunch. A bit understaffed for sure. But the kids working are nice, polite and attentive. We were received with a welcome from the front as Welcome back, she remembered us and that felt good.
Ordered DoorDash and was expecting a chicken biscuit sandwich!!! Took a bite from it texture felt weird so I checked the chicken.. turns out it’s not fully cooked as you can see in the picture

Tried to place order online. My sandwich could not be modified.So I tried to call. There was no answer. I came all the way to the location that clearly says 24hours and they are closed at 9:30am. Both doors are locked.I cannot get in. An absolute waste of my time and my break. Thanks

Breakfast was Nasty pancake was dirty with a lot black grease the waitress apologize for the dirty pancake and cold tea , they are short staff, the Breakfast was send back ,the replacement came without a fork my husband finish eating before I got a fork however I could not eat because my stomach was upset ,I decided not to pay for my breakfast the request was granted but no apologies from supervisor nasty place will not go back

Currently 5:14am 9/12/2024.. Sitting outside the restaurant.. attempted to walk up only to be to told to order online, however unable to order online as the two young ladies in here are cleaning up and have turned off the door dash orders. Now I have to wait for a refund when I would have rather waited until the sign that says open is off.. Sadly I had a great tip in hand, but the mop was more important.

This place is absolutely nasty. Seriously avoid this place I’m certain the health department would shut it down. The employees are a joke. How hard is it to cook the frozen prepackaged ingredients wow. Order placed @12:30 Wednesday august 28 2024. Please do something about this store the company should be embarrassed.
