This is great, it's open almost all night, it's clean and comfortable. While is more of a breakfast concept it has fries and sandwiches and is great for a quick lunch or dinner. Or just a coffee. It's a little visited treasure here especially since waffle house closed. I don't know why more people don't come here. I prefer it to Panera or Starbucks honestly

whom ever was on duty for first shift left the front before i could retrieve my cutlery , i tried to call for someone but no response so i went behind the counter which took .2 seconds to grab cutlery, after exiting ,when walking back to my car the ladies scream to me “don’t come back in here” . She wasn’t doing her job and got upset at me ? yeah do NOT go to flipd unless you want poor customer service and to be yelled out while exiting the store

I ordered two classic burgers and I asked for bacon in only one of them and when I got my order both of them had bacon. The burgers were also cold and tasted like it was prepared hours before. The fries were cold and salty. They didn’t send straws or napkins. The ladies that were there were very rude. It’s definitely not worth

Was completely expecting it to be somewhat ratchet inside but it was actually really nice and clean. We went In around 3pm and ordered breakfast burritos and coffee. I usually don’t go to ihop a lot of times because the food comes out stale or cold but this location did a really great job. The burrito was so insanely good and hot and the coffee was fresh and hot ! definitely will be going back. I didn’t catch the workers name but she was working by herself and she is doing an amazing job.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options

⭐⭐⭐ - bc it's like a fancy sit-down place or black tie event , so take that I to account .-Food took awhile - even just boneless wings , shouldn't take 20+ mins. It was fairly empty that night .- but they were warm & edible, so that a ++.- beer was cold, & glass did taste like soapy water as other locations.- the floor was kinda filthy, it's college & HS kids probably, but lots of staff standing around , could have ran a sweeper over the floor.Bartender was very nice !! & Gave honest options of flavors & such !- maybe put something else besides sports commentary on the TV .. if there is no games. Maybe put in some sports highlights or Cincinnati sports high lights, or reruns.Kid-friendliness: A kid could eat here & be happy .Wheelchair accessibility: First floor. Lots of tables to sit at.

Had a horrible experience at this location, theres a young lady who works at night that came out to retrieve a order that they had messed up, she came out in her gloves she had already been working in touching doors and taking back food that had already been out of the store and even in my car. This could've lead to covid being spread, as she returned to work wearing the same gloves and continued to make orders for other customers using the same exact gloves??

I placed an order for my boyfriend for pick up. We noticed that the fries were cold. I came back to ask for a remake and the manager that couldn't be older than 18 yrs refused because it had been an hour since the order was prepared but not picked up. I tried to explain that he was at work and I had to go back to his job to get the fries and bring them back. Absolutely terrible customer service as a manager with absolutely no understanding. Treated me as if I was asking for free food!

Lol it's not detailed for the eggs. My eggs tasted so delicious so did the pancakes but the pancakes made me nauseous really bad. (My apologies I keep jumping all over when typing this)!! What's up with the prices?? Seriously¿ ummm $10.99 for 3 pancakes plain.. I thought it would have been $3.99 for 3 plain pancakes to me the pancakes seemed like it was for the kids not for us young adults / adults.. THE FRUIT OMG DELICIOUS AS CAN BE!! FRESH & PERFECT !! ALSO THE HOT CHOCOLATE WAS NASTY TOO WATERY GRRR I was bummed out about that. Overall it was nothing special overpriced n hot chocolate sucks ???
