Order a simple curry with pork. Asked for no mushrooms, water chestnuts or bamboo shoots. Instead got a chicken curry with mushrooms water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. Given this place several chances and it's disappointed every time. Not how I was hoping valentines diner would go.
Very nice "hole-in-the-wall" type place. The food was very good, service was great and the people friendly.Parking: Small parking lot but plenty of free on street parking.

EASILY the beat Chinese food I've had in my life. It's family owned by some incredible people and has been a staple in Mt healthy for 20 years. I have eaten Chinese food all over the country and from some very high-end places, and still nothing compares. We have been here twice now. Both times the food has been very good. The only thing that I feel could use a change is the sauce with the wontons, I like a thicker sauce. We did take out, ordered when we got there and the food was cooked fresh and it didn't take a long time. My daughter went in and the first thing she said when she came back to the car was how nice the lady was.Parking: The lot is extremely small. We parked in the lot behind the restaurant and my daughter walked over. I doubt there are handicapped ♿️ spots but I will need to look.
