Every time I come to this Freddy's, the food is on point, warm and prepared quickly. The staff is super nice, and always aim to please, even when they're busy. Whatever they're doing they're doing it right.

Kimberly and Kendra were so unbelievably nice. Their concrete machine was down and they were extremely apologetic and made sure we were happy with our visit. We will 100% come back here again.

Kimberly and Kendra were so nice when I visited! Their custard machine was down so Kimberly gave me and my boyfriend a free meal voucher for next time, such amazing people. Definitely come to this location, everyine is great.

I LOVE Freddy’s. One of my fave to eat at! I have been to this location twice now and had the unfortunate experience of getting Kendra. The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt with her unfriendliness and rudeness. Today we come and again she is completely rude. Doesn’t respond to questions, genuinely seems annoyed we are here. Responds back rude to you and really needs a customer service class. Freddys please don’t let this person represent your amazing food and business!!

I sat in the drive-through for over 10 minutes behind a car waiting to order that car pulled out. Another car was at the speaker that car sit there for another five minutes and I sit there so it finally pulled ahead. I pulled to the speaker there for 4 1/2 minutes and no one greeted me or spoke to me. This is not the first time I have tried to eat at this location since my child plays soccer down the street, they have the worst service ever taking peoples order and drive-through. They are very slow. Restaurants are short but they could at least greet me at the speaker or something so I would not recommend this restaurant on Redbank Road.

This is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have ever been too. The service was great and it was very neat and clean. The floors were very clean and the restroom was spotless. I spoke with Kimberly the manager and was impressed with her kindness and professionalism.
