food is good but orders can be inaccurate- i went and bought a sweet tea with fries and spicy fry sauce. i didn't get the sweet tea or spicy fry sauce and didn't realize until i got home and they were closed by then. this has happened a few times before. and I checked the receipt and was charged.

This restaurant has the best food and amazing service. Coming here for years and it just keeps getting better and better. Very friendly. Special shout out to Joshua and Susan for taking such good care of our group.

only taking one star off because they take absolutely forever. We came here because the Wendy’s across the street was mysteriously closed, but to be honest, the chocolate shake at Freddy’s is so much better than the chocolate frosty at Wendy’s!!!

My granddaughter loves Freddy's, haven't been in awhile because they messed up my order a couple months ago! Decided to go after choir rehearsal to give them another shot! That was a mistake, ordered a Freddy's original double for myself, and a small onion ring, she likes her double cheese plain,only ketchup, it was ready pretty fast,she even commented about that,so I checked the order, as I usually do,and low and behold, it was so fast because there was only 1pattie on her burger,and they weren't very busy! So that was concerning, glad I checked, might be a minute before we return! Steak and Shake is pretty close. Back again for my granddaughter! Freddy's double only ketchup was pretty fresh! Not the case with mine,seems as though it was not freshly made,probably because I ordered the double the way it comes!! And they actually added more pickles and two types of onion! I WON'T BE BACK, EVEN THE MANAGER WAS STANDING BY,SAID NOTHING, TOO BUSY TRYING TO SHUT DOWN!!
Ordered a M & M concrete - which is a blizzard/Mcflurry - basically ice cream with candy mixed in. They did have have M&M’s so they delivered vanilla ice cream. No call or refund.
Aside from forgetting my sauces, which is understandable with it being a larger order, it was a great experience. The food from Freddy’s is always delicious!
Food and atmosphere is good. Service is ok depends on who takes your order or put things in the bag. Some employees lie and cover their tracks by saying it was in the bag the whole time and some employees are completely honest and I like the ones that are honest and give you what they forgot to put in the bag. We're human we make mistakes especially when super busy with little help.
