Burgers and fries are best in class and don't even get me started on the custard ice cream, if you can even call it that because it's a million times better than regular old ice cream. The staff at this particular location could use more help as they're always crazy busy doing the best they can to get people their order as quickly as possible. 5 stars even despite the understaffing.

Not your tired fast food burger! First time I tried this chain. Love the decor showing the history.

Was happy to see they have tots as a side option. I had the bacon and cheese burger.

Parking: There is no parking on the drive through side of the building.

The staff here are nice and pleasant to talk to, The restaurant is clean and well kept, and the food is always good + packaged well (everything you need in a stapled shut bag). Better than other Freddy's locations I have been to in the past. The only downside is that it's slightly pricey for fast food, but I think it's worth it for the quality of service and food.

i went here because there was a permanent lighted sign on the building saying they had chicago dogs. Apparently not. remove the sign if you dont carry an item anymore.

I hate to do this, because my food was delicious. Bravo to the cook on 8)9)24. But the short black woman you had working at the drive through. Her tone through the speaker and her demeanor when I pulled up. The first thing she exclaimed my job is getting on my nerves. Oh wow ok well hello to you to young lady. I will just drive to the other location to bypass the horrible customer service.

Little disappointed. I saw “CHICAGO DOGS” on the outside of their building and since I havet had one in a while, made a u turn and went back. Only to discover they don’t sell Chicago dogs. But I was hungry and was here so figured what the heck and ordered a chili cheese dog. For $7 it was bad. Very little chili and cheese.

45 minutes before closing time, the car in front of me had waited over 5 minutes and still had not been able to order. I just left.

I walked in the store it looked nice and clean it was a little busy but Dwight greeted me with a smile took my order made me feel like I was at home, got my food in a fast manner looked good wasn’t thrown around it was nice and hot tasted ever better, Sunny the Gm came to my table asked me how everything was asked if I wanted a refill or to take my trash away for me made me feel like I was at a 5 star restaurant! I’d definitely come back again I’ve been to this location and it’s be iffy before but I had a craving for the Freddy burger so I thought I’d try again but I’m glad I did it looks like they are actually trying to redeem themselves.

Full of old world diner charm decor wise. Good food. Custards weren't the best I have tasted. A bit dense and eggy.
