When I was entering your establishment, I was bring it immediately with a smile and options on your menu. Since I've never been to your restaurant before. Congratulations on having such an exquisite staff and nice place to come and eat.It won't be the last time.

I've had two pick-ups for deliveries today and with each one, the service was very slow and the customer service was poor when I inquired about the long wait for the orders. It was 530pm-ish and I was unable to go in the store as the doors were locked. I went to the drive-thru and no one came to the speaker. I finally just drove to the druve-thru window. I couldn't get anyone's attention and an employee actually saw me, then ignored me. When the order was finally brought to me, I said, "Thank you". The response was "yep". I said, "Have a good night" and received no response.

Food was good but we were told they were out of chili and out of cheese for cheese fries. They were very nice about it though.

Workers are wearing gloves, but are touching everything and then touching your food. Gloves do not get rid of the germs from the things they are touching ( like their face, headset, hair, phones, register, garbage, money). No wonder COVID went pandemic!!!!!

Ordered 2 burgers and when I got to the drive thru window they were out of Freddys sauce. How can a restaurant be out of their signature sauce? Girl who waited on me wasn’t friendly and just gave me my order without saying anything and closed the window.

This was my first time eating at Freddy's! My grandma brought me for my birthday! My food was amazing hot and fresh! Every employee there was friendly. I will definitely visit this location again. I want to personally thank every employee at the Winton road location,for my excellent customer service skills!❤️❤️😊

Drive thru is always so slow. 10 to 15min wait on ordering is lucky. Food is good but often make other restaurant choice when drive thru has more than two cars.
