The wait staff is great, and they help each other. So if you need something, there is someone close who is attentive and helpful. The food comes properly done and hot. Noise level was moderate so that two older women whose hearing is on the wain had no trouble

Fabulous food, very noisy and crowded but that's part of the ambience. It wouldn't stop me from returning. Great wait service, we enjoyed every morsel and minute spent here.

The food was very good and reasonably priced. My only issue was the fact that they were very under staffed. Our server was gone for long periods of time through no fault of his own. We waited forever for boxes and the bill. Again, he was a fantastic server he was just one person who was trying to wait on so many tables.

We had a great time here. It says that they are closed from 3 to 5, but that is inaccurate. They are open, but as they transition to dinner, they only have a limited menu at the bar. I have attached a picture of what is available. We were served by the bartender, Billy, and had a great time with him, giving us the history of this restaurant, as well as other notable things around Cincinnati. The Coque Madam, I am told is a staple for the French. I don’t know about that - but, if not, it should be - haha! Also had the Baked Camembert— must try. It’s decadent. We were celebrating a closing today & so cocktails too. We tried an old fashioned (really good) but the star was Jardín de Moines. Highly recommend- both refreshing and different.

Highly recommend! We have been for lunch and brunch many times and have always left full and happy! Five stars across the board. This was the first time we had dinner and it was fantastic! There were so many outstanding options, it was difficult to choose. Our food choices ended up being delicious. The recommended wine pairing was perfect. And I must give a shout out to one of the best Server's we have had- ever. We eat out ALOT, but Billy was exceptional. Truly stellar service - the perfect amount of attention, professional, helpful and friendly. Thanks, Billy! And thanks to all who make this gem of a bistro available to us!

I had been craving a Croque madame so I stopped in here with one of my buddies. I thought the service was slow and both of our orders were underwhelming.

We were excited to see this restaurant but unfortunately cannot recommend it.The service was very slow -- we strolled in from the market for lunch on a weekday, the place was fairly empty, yet it took over 5 minutes to be acknowledged and seated, then another 10+ minutes for someone to come by for a drink order, another 10+ minutes to take a food order, and then the kitchen was slow. I'd understand on a busy day but the place was nearly empty.Luckily we weren't in a rush. The service was professional enough but lacked the friendliness and charm we found in other places around OTR.We ordered french onion soup, salad, and a sandwich to share. The soup was bland and unremarkable. The sandwich temperature was not right (hot bread -- cold chicken -- hot melty cheese) and also bland and flavorless. The salad was pretty good -- the house mustard dressing was nice. With regard to drinks, our server also knew nothing about wine -- its a French restaurant, I don't expect a sommelier, but having a basic understanding of what is at least on offer with a recommendation is a bit of a foul. I also kind of hoped there might be a house Bordeaux for a reasonable price, but alas, no.The bread, while good, is apparently flown in from NY. We wondered why this restaurant isn't partnering with a local bakery (there are several in OTR) to get something fresher and support the local food scene. On the plus side, the atmosphere is chic. We loved the vibe when we walked in.Our advice? Save your money. Hit the wine store across the street, get a bit of local bread, cheese and meat from the market, and enjoy a charcuterie in the market.

First off, eat here. If you like French cuisine, a small well curated menu, and a Parisian ambience, look no further than French Crust. Our tastebuds were absolutely titillated with each course, and the cocktails kept the pace. Our server Greg was fantastic, but really, all of the staff was welcoming and accommodating. I don't leave reviews on here often, but when I do it's either for something horrible or something amazing, this is thankfully for the latter. Bravo and bon appetit!

Gave us our drinks. Didn't ask if we needed more water, didn't ask if we needed anything, and didn't offer anything/ recommend anything. Couple next to me showed up 15 mins after me and received cold food and was told they had to make the food. Great food terrible service.

The food was just delicious! 2 of us had the Vol-a-vent with shrimp shiitake mushrooms and scallops in a wine and cream sauce. I wanted to like my plate! Service was very friendly, informative and pleasant. She checked back often enough to feel cared for and not so much as to be annoying. Her recommendations were spot on!

Birthday celebration was delightful. The atmosphere was enough to make it feel like I was ding in Paris. Steak frites were the best I have had since my trip to Paris. The sparkling rose added the perfect touch. And the escargot....out of this world. Highly recommend!

This is a great restaurant with wonderful food. They can accommodate food allergies easily. Our last visit was for the fixed menu for Valentine's Day. Choices were very good. We took the wine pairing with each course and they were perfect. This has become one of our favorite restaurants.
