I received someone else’s order, called back that night to have a manager say “Yeah, just call back when you want to pick it up and we’ll replace your order.” Called tonight to have them tell me that MY NAME WASN’T IN THE BOOK… Poor service… the food I got wasn’t mine… so negative… don’t wait your time unless you’re standing in front of them and making sure it’s your order! The wings were great! It was my first time there, and it was worth the drive! We ended up changing tables to get chairs with a back, but it was no big deal. Service was great, food was great, atmosphere was friendly.

We visited Frickers and unfortunately the service left quite a bit to be desired. Our server wasn’t rude, but she was inattentive throughout our meal. She didn’t bring enough straws when she first brought out our drinks, and after we asked for more, she never returned with them — I ended up getting one myself.
She also didn’t bring any coloring pages or crayons for the kids, which would’ve helped a lot. Again, I ended up picking some up myself on the way out. On top of that, my water was never refilled during the entire meal.
It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I expected more attentive service. Hopefully just an off day.

Well, frankly, it was awful. A waterbug crawled across our table, being by the patio door, gross but we figured it could happen there by the patio door. Drinks took forever because they couldn't make a white russian.
The server was very inattentive. The food was the worst. Husbands wings were grossly soggy and dry at the same time, the onion straws were literally fried to a horrible crisp. My ceasers salad was absolutely drenched with what seemed to be Italian mixed with parmesean masquerading as ceasers dressing.
We've been to Frickers many times over the years. It is sad to say but I don't think we'll be back.
We've been to this Fricker's many times over the years, but this time was a disaster...as we were ordering, a waterbug crawled across our table...we should have left right then, but figured, this can happen as we were sitting inside just by the patio door...but we waited a long time for our drinks, and the food seemed overcooked, like it was precooked, then nuked before serving, soggy wings, not crispy as usual...onion straws dry and hard and the caesar salad was drenched in dressing...looked like there was just three people running the whole place...don't think we'll ever come back

The restaurant made us wait for a long time for a quesadilla and a salad. And also our servers AURA smelled like cigarettes. They left our food under the lamp for a while. Terrible.
