I visited this location for a quick lunch with a friend and was HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!!! My Big Boy meal came out HORRIBLE! My burger was pink inside, my onion rings were burned and the table was soiled. When I spoke to the waiter, all they did was remove the burger!! I assumed that their customer service would have been much better. What SHOULD have taken place was a FULL refund. This is unacceptable.

What an experience.... Horrible is an understatement!! I live up the road so it's a convenient location but will not be returning. HAVE SOME EXPECTATIONS FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES!!! Customer service is wayyyy below average!! Drive thru employees every single time I've been to this location are rude and have absolutely no personality to be working with the public. If you hate what you do that much DONT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC!!! What a terrible front face you put at your window to represent your business!!!Today's experience was mind blowing. Drive thru experience... I ordered my meal go to the window no hello no nothing just the amount for my food THEN I'm asked to pull forward when NOBODY is behind me... Fine okay. Sitting there for maybe 5-6 min I look over and the employee with my food is just standing by my window staring at the street not even trying to get my attention. No sorry for your wait or anything just "have a good day" and walked away.... Unbelievable!!!Seeing the response to previous bad reviews I can see just how terrible the "owner" of this location really is.... DO BETTER OR GO THE HELL HOME!!!

I visit this Frisch's location frequently. The food is always fresh and hot. The service is excellent. My last visit I had Jake as my server and he was amazing. He was super friendly and was on top of everything. All of the staff members are pleasant, it's just all around a great restaurant.
