called and placed pick up order for two big boy breakfast was rung up incorrectly was given toast, eggs and, meat only no pancakes. Went inside to clear up this mistake and the manager and the cashier was very rude. They wouldn’t try to come to an understanding of this mistake and debated with me for 30 minutes. ended up paying more than i would’ve paid for my original meal by adding on the pancakes.

Haven't been to a Big Boys since the mass closings. Made it to this one on July 5th around 430 pm. Got a good ol Big Boy and tarter sauce and was it was good. Our waiter Chris was great. At the time, he was the only one running the dinning room and was handling it all like a champ.

Baught 2 chef salads and the lettuce was old I spent $22 dollars for the salad that I could not eat you would think that since all the other frischs are gone this one would stand out as the premiere of all the remaining Frischs but no there serving crap

Me and my two little kids (one who is 6 with level 3 autism and doesn’t like crowds or noise) loved it here! Our waiter Desiree truly went out of her way not only to make sure we had quality service but also comforted my son when he got very over whelmed. Best server ever!!
We at there as a family of 5 and it was very good. The service was phonemonal and we were happy with everything. We just want to say THANK YOU to the incredible lady who blessed us by paying for our dinner! You were so kind and generous to do that for someone. We for sure will pay it forward! We would definitely eat here again since it was a great dining experience.
