I have been living int the Cincinnati area for six months and I have always wanted to try it . Every time I wanted to , I never had the time and then locations started to close up. Thankfully, this one didn’t. Today, I went for the first time and my friend went and I was mind blown! He had the signature Big Boy and fries and I had the double bacon cheeseburger and fries and it was the best double bacon cheeseburger I had ever had in my life. Our waitress was nice too, her name was Kelli I believe. Very sweet and attentive. Will be going back and I pray that location is not shuttered!

Hartwell: Great service, attentive. Food was different than expected. The burger is not the usual meat. The shape is oblong. Changed flavor and premade appearance, variety of colors, not dark brown throughout. JTM appearance. Cole slaw is not the same; bell peppers and vinegar taste. Fries are hot and good. Prices are up, $6.29 big boy, add platter $5.19.

Went through the drive thru, waited 10 mins to order (at the speaker for 10 mins). I ordered and I heard absolutely nothing for 3 mins, not a total, a thank you or can you wait (again) so I drove to the window. He didn't get half my order and I told him he left me sitting at the speaker and he said, I know, we were dealing with something. I told him he could have said something in the speaker. Anyway, when I told him I didn't get my combo he said you can come in and order it and we will make it. I said no thanks because I wasn't waiting another 10 mins. Just poor communication from Alonzo

Unfortunately, there was only one waitress. My husband got his meal 10 minutes before I got mine, the restaurant was cold. His meal got cold waiting for mine. Disappointing experience.
