Absolutely the worst. I have been going to this location once a week for 4 yrs. Recently once a month since it's been going downhill. Today is the last straw. NEVER AGAIN. 1 elderly waitress for the whole floor! Got the salad bar. Salad old and brown....well, guess I'll have pasta, oh look, no serving spoons! Ask for them and bring it out 10 minutes later. Guess I'll have soup while I wait. Nope! Soup is ice cold like it was placed in directly from the fridge. Let's talk to the manager...nope! Stood at the counter over 5+ minutes waiting, nobody. Finally the salad bar attendant comes to ring me out. What an absolute embarrassment. I watched 3 people walk out mad. No wonder all of the Frishes are closing around here. I will never be back.

When the server told us to seat ourselves, I should have turned around and walked out. It was downhill from there. First, there were no plates at the breakfast bar. So I used the salad plates. No one ever came to our table to take our order. I had to ask for silverware. They gave us plasticware. I had to find someone to get water. It was a terrible experience. I won't return.

Went with my fiancé at 1pm today Made our food wrong twice and had to get up to get our own silverware. When trying to tell the manager at checkout she kept interrupting us and not letting us explain what was wrong. We have been there a couple of times and each time the service has been worse than the last. Will be the last time we go to this location

Well, we tried it again, it was terrible. Out of cheese for Buddy Boy, ordered fries, never got them but got charged, boyfriend asked for 1 refill on a coke, never got it. Again, it was bad. Will not be returning. Dirty tables all over the place.

So this time I died in, I'm so used to the man in the drive-thru. He's such a great dude. I didn't catch my waitress's name but she was absolutely adorable and wonderful and I wish I had had more cash on me to give her a bigger tip then the $5 that my boyfriend gave her not that it wasn't fair, but she just deserves the world. I always recommend this location, cuz people are human and sometimes mistakes are made but they always strive to make it better. No mistakes were made this time, however. Wyoming / Hartwell Frisch's people, you are very loved and appreciated ❤️?Parking: It's a pretty big lot!
