We had prompt service to our seat. Our server was very friendly and brought us refills without asking. She gave suggestions on what would be good for dinner....and it was!!!A great experience.
Extra pickles gets you a total of 1 and this is a sliver of an actual slice. Do better please

I'm a frichs regular and this has to be one of my worst experiences. I have the app and receive emails with specials that are going on. Today was the reds opening day special where the big boy combo was on sale. So I figure my family can do that for dinner tonight. The manager made me circle around thru the drive thru 3 times to get 3 combo meals and then on top of that all 3 combos the fries were cold . Worst experience I've had at this location. Definitely will reconsider going to a different location next time

Frisches use to be a local Cincinnati treat when I grew up in the 70s .. everything on the menu was good. . Fast forward to today — the quality of food is horrible and matches the energy of the server. $10 for an imposter fish sandwich —- honestly it was that minced white fish in a triangle we had as kids! The triangle was fried and tossed in the dag with cold hard fries ?To top things off the world famous tater sauce was rancid , runny and sour! The franchise needs to invest in quality control before the fool around and give some one FOOD POISONING—-!don’t waist your money at FRISCH’S — you’ll be disappointed

My husband and I stopped on a Wednesday evening and we were very upset with our experience. The inside smelled awful. The waiters were ignoring us and making small talk amongst themselves. The food and salad bar weren’t all that good either. Would not come here again.
