As a DoorDash driver visiting this location for the first time, I had a very confusing and unsafe experience.
When I arrived, the doors were still open, but the lobby appeared to be in the middle of closing procedures. The floors were being scrubbed and covered in water, and there were no signs posted directing delivery drivers to use the drive-thru instead. According to the DoorDash app, I was instructed to enter through the front lobby, which is exactly what I did.
I am currently recovering from a broken leg, so walking through a wet floor was genuinely concerning. I had to call out to see if anyone was present and carefully walk along the wall just to avoid slipping.
Eventually, I was told I should have used the drive-thru .... something I had no way of knowing, especially as I am not local and this was my first visit.
There were still 10–15 minutes left before closing, and leaving the lobby open with wet floors and no clear guidance is a safety hazard. Not everyone is a regular or from the area, and assumptions like that create poor experiences for customers and delivery drivers alike.
The food smelled great, but unfortunately the atmosphere and staff attitude made the experience unpleasant. I’ve worked in hospitality for over 35 years, and part of good service is understanding that new customers, travelers, truck drivers, and delivery workers will come through your doors and they deserve basic courtesy and clear communication.
I may try the drive-thru if I ever return, but I would not recommend this location based on this experience. Hopefully other locations offer better service and hospitality.

We just went through the drivethru during lunchtime. The young man that took our order and was working at the window was beyond rude. No greeting, smile, or even response when I spoke to him. He handed my card back and I said thank you. No response. He handed me our food and again I said thank you. No response. I smiled at him and said have a nice day. Again no response at all. A long time ago I vowed to stop giving my money to businesses that do not appreciate my patronage. Now Frisch's has been added to my list. It sucks too because we love Frischs. Oh well. We won't be back.

Do not recommend the drive thru Came after work on a Sunday evening . Sat in line over 10 mins and there was only one car in front of me. Received warm food at best. I was really excited because I haven’t had Frisch’s in forever so this was a huge bummer. May try to dine in next time and hopefully have a better experience.

Young man at the drive thru during lunch hour mean mugged me for asking for extra tartar sauce and chose not to give me any even though they were right next to register.

Had hot fudge cake as well n its always yummy

Three of us met at HAMILTON AVE FRISCH'S on very hot, muggy August Sunday after church. Driving separately, we still found parking; Frisch's has a huge lot, even with a drive-up window. Inside, we were seated quickly and our table and surroundings were perfect. In spite of serving several large groups, Frisch's staff managed to bring our meals quickly and efficiently. Nothing was forgotten, and food was exactly as pictured in the menu. We were able to enjoy ourselves and visit amid a bustling lunch atmosphere. At a time when many restaurants are closing, this one remains strong. Thanks, FRISCH'S!
