I hadn’t had Frisch’s in a while big mistake not only did they get the order wrong and I’m allergic to tartar sauce but it took them 20mins to bring out the remake I will not be returning I was treated as if my business doesn’t matter

I thought I was a good customer. I tip 30%, don't make a mess, don't eat much and am patient when they mess up an order. I went in there today and the waitress was rude, tossed my menu and walked away. If you don't like your job, go somewhere else. I will not go back there again. No wonder you all are getting your restaurants closed all over the place.

Every time I go to this place they have 2 people running the entire store. Service is horribly slow and they always look like they are so angry about being there that they are gonna blow. I love big boy, but this location needs shutdown or cleaned out

We had a great experience at colerain Ave frisches with Lawrence M. He was super friendly and engaging and made sure our foot was hot and delicious. He’s a great asset to the team! Give Lawrence a raise!
