We ordered Frisch's (Colerain Ave.) through UberEats.They had a pretty good deal - The Super Big Boy combo buy 1 get 1 special. The order was a little light because there were No fries and no drinks, we ordered and paid extra for 2 Oreo shakes, but only received one of them. Received the fish sandwich.Of course, no way to get the situation taken care of because you can't get an actual person ?Frisch's is a childhood favorite and I was disappointed in the quality of the burger and fish sandwich. Dry! Dry! Literally, a dollop of the signature tartar sauce even though I requested extra and had no problem paying for it, it was non-existent.So, yeah I was disappointed ?

The food was fresh and hot. The chili was thick, flavorful and very hot. The big boy was fresh and juicy with enough tarter sauce, extra not needed. The onion rings cooked extra crispy per request and were exactly as requested. The french fries are hot, not greasy and plenty to share. The server was attentive and efficient. The server suggested items to have as sides and dessert. The server refilled drinks without asking for it.
