I had been doing yard work, got hungry and forgot my money. The 2 gals at the drivethru were very sweet and were beyond helpful. I can’t thank them enough. I even stopped back again today.

Be prepared to wait for your Frischs while their ghost kitchen makes food for other restaurants. What a greedy company that owns Frischs. They can't handle the volume of their own food and they pay their employees the bare legal minimum to make another companies food, too. What a joke.

Lawrence (Frisch’s - Blue Ash) provided excellent customer service. My meal was delivered quickly and was fresh and hot. Now eating there often. Also, I appreciate the late drive-thru hours. ? (4/9/24)

Jody and the team are so friendly and helpful. You don’t see this at drive thrus these days!Also, people should realize that you can get things like real eggs and broccoli cooked to order at Big Boy.I’m actually a regular weight lifter and in good shape, and by far Big Boy is the only drive thru set up for someone like me. I’m here all the time. I just wish they marketed themselves this way - I think it would be good for business.

I was in the drive thru venting about the breakfast menu not having the breakfast bowls anymore and the staff offered to make me a bowl anyway. This absolutely made my day. The food was hot. Everyone was nice and I am so grateful they took the time to make something I really wanted.
