Second time coming here since all the Frisch's started closing. If all of the Big Boy's ran their operation like this one, they'd have never closed. They had a good crowd for a weeknight, but we were seated and taken care of immediately. Salad bar was fully stocked despite the crowd, and my Big Boy came out looking like the one in the picture on the menu. Food was great service was great, this is what a Big Boy restaurant should be. Highly recommend!

To whom it may concern at the Frisch's Eastgate Ohio. I just want to say that your day shift is one of the hardest working, team driven group of people that I have had wait on me since coming to Eastgate Frisch's. The servers from Olivia, Christina, Adrinana, Stephani, Missy, and Tami ALL do outstanding work and have waited on me from one time or another! They work very well togather and are a great credit too themselves and the company! Being a Marine I see the pride they all take in their work and dedicated service to the customer! Once again thanks for their service!

I haven't seen a Big Boy in 30 years and I don't know what happened to Bob? In the recent snow storm this was one of the few places with a plowed drive thru so we figured it was as good a place as any to grab a coke and fries for the road. The fries tasted floury, not in a good way but were hot and salty. The coke was good enough and thankfully not Pepsi. We got a burger on a whim just to see if we're missing out. And the burger was Greasy, capital G! Not to mention the absolute sploodge of mayo on the outside of the burger. Why the outside? My hubby compared it to fine dining when they anchor a dish to the plate with some emulsion. That burger was suctioned to that styrofoam container for sure! The first bite wasn't awful but we sounded like those old Muppets who critique the theater and progressively downgrade everything. By the time we finished it the rating had dropped quite low. They were, however, the most friendly, competent, efficient drive thru personnel we've seen in 30 years as well.
Its fast food, you get what you get and don't throw a fit.

Was told this Frisch's had returned to the original big boy with thicker patties on the b.b. Not true, patties were just as flat as used to be. Love the chili so got that and it was not the same as it was. Alo was charged 5.29 for a bowl of chili that was only 6oz. When dumped into a measuring cup. To me that is not a bowl. Frisch's is now dead to me, will never eat there again.

I live in Milford and I drive out once a week to beechmont just to get Frisch's it used to be right up from my house in Mount repose so I will drive the extra way for it
