I love how the owner after every review says the same thing but does nothing about it. Look where it got you. Frisch use to be one of the best places in Norwood to eat but went down hill fast especially after the so called COVID. I'll miss the hot fudge cakes and vanilla cokes but Frisch did it to themselves

Forever to get to the window and when finally at the window the food isn’t even ready. The food was literally a cup of chili.

Fries are always hard as a rock overcooked..6 monts later I just got back from there. First they forgot a big boy. Then they forgot fries. Get home and open the chili only to have vegetable soup instead. So out of 6 items ordered they forgot 2 and gave me 1 wrong item. 0 stars!

I'm going to blame the poor service and atmosphere on lack of stability and staff. I went for a take out and after waiting nearly 25 minutes later, I finally had it. Looked like a lot of issues.
