Hello, my spouse and I ordered the Big Boy Big Breakfast from the menu. Upon eating our meal the bacon had a different taste as if it had been cooked earlier, tasted old, little tuff as if it's been sitting under a warming light for a while, we still ate our meal and paid the bill but was concerning was the conversation that I had with the manager after I expressed my concerns about the bacon and that it should not be severed to any other customer, but to my surprise she informed me that I was supposed to tell the server that I wanted bacon cooked to order, I explained that I was not informed of this policy and how would I or any other customer know of this as well, she state that she assumes they all know because they don't complain, the manager went on to say that they been doing this for years and that Bob Evans serve bacon to customer that has been cooked the day before and that she was the manager there too for years. Now I'm so disappointed because my family and I come there for the breakfast bar often, if I order off the menu I have to ask for my meat to be cook fresh, it's a no brainer and maybe I should start asking if the Big Boy hamburger fresh too. It's time to find another Frishs and ask question for now on.Customers Beware of Forestville Beechmont Ave Frishs.

I went through the drive-through. I have a coupon for a free big boy sandwich. I ordered one big boy sandwich. The guy in the box told me my total was $12 and so many cents before the coupon, I said for one big boy sandwich?So I pull around to the window and they informed me that my total after my coupon is six dollars and something. I’m very Confused about this please help me understand

Ordered from Delhi frischs food was terrible. It had to be old fries looked hour's old sandwiches cold drinks weren't even right. For the prices they charge it should be better. I won't buy food from this particular frischs again.

Winton road location has been horrible service for months now. Food presentations looks like slop. Very disappointed as I worked here as a young adult and it was never accepted to give food to customers that looked and tasted like this

Ordered $25.65 of two fish sandwiches, bowl of chili, a fry and a coke. I got home and ate the chili. Then discovered I had no fries. I told them I wanted two hot fish sandawiches because last time they were old reheated things. I drove back to the Frisch’s and told them I needed a fry and two hot fish sandwiches like I ordered. The manager refused to give me the sandwiches. It may seem a stretch that this made me so angry I almost did something I would regret but I’m a disabled vet. $25 is a lot of money to me and two cold or reheated fish sandwiches is not what I would spend it on. In the end she gave me an order of fries and told me it was my tough luck. I will not be back. Ever. To any Frisch’s.

Visited the Bridgetown Road location this morning with granddaughter. Breakfast bar unstocked, service horrible (made worse by waitress Sandy), restaurant dirty inside and out including really gross bathrooms. If this location can't be kept in good enough shape to properly serve customers, why is it still open? Called what I thought was local corporate office and got customer service at a call center in another state. I spoke with a woman who kept apologizing and telling me she understood. After asking me the location repeatedly without getting it right, I hung up and decided to turn to Google to voice my concerns. I hate to judge all locations by the actions and atmosphere of one location- but Im guessing all of the Cincinnati locations are owned by the same franchise so the lemmings are going to follow each other off the cliff. Someone up high has let themselves get distracted and it shows.

My husband and I had breakfast at Frischs on Turfway Rd in Florence on 10/6/23. I have never been to a restaurant where the staff was so friendly and truly seemed to enjoy their coworkers and their jobs. Keep up the great work! You guys are a rarity!

Frisch's used to be a clean modern restaurant to get good food. In the last few years, every store I visited was dirty and had poor service. The quality of the food has fallen. The bathrooms are filthy!! The carpets are dirty, the windows are dirty, the light fixtures have hair and grease on them. This has been at three locations I visited. Shame on Frisch's for letting a Cincinnati icon fall.

Erlanger, KY Frisch’s… it’s bad.. floor and booths are disgusting. Some of the staff are high as kites. I ordered a breakfast burrito and they gave me a tortilla wrapped hamburger with spicy spuds. Like what?! I need breakfast in a burrito! Get it together guys.. I’d hate to see this facility shut down but it looks like it’s about to be abandoned

Looks to me like they let their experienced employees off for mothers day.Salad was the Worst I've ever seen at frisch's. Cost of our bill was over thirty dollars. Can't come back if don't like the food. Bean soup was old could find beans. Patty melt was greasy disappointed.Our order was 2 sweet teas,2salad bars , 1 big boy 1 patty melt.when their for Salad bar lettuce was all gone ,I ask for refill and lady at Salad bar said she w wasn't sure where lettuce was,came back with bowl of sreaded lettuce. I fill my plate lettuce was for sure old !! After i though about it for few minutes i relized they had used lettuce for hamburgers. Bathrooms wheir dirty. Actually they need up-graded & remodeled. Waiter was very good. Sunday 4 to 5 in afternoon.

Horrible customer service, sloppy made food. Ordered 2 hot fudge cakes and paid good money for them. Absolutely disgusting. It's a shame a can't post pictures to show people not to go to the Montgomery road Norwood Ohio location.

Absolutely b.s.that they don't have kids prices no more, today it cost me $67.50 for four kids, one 15 an 3 are 11, salad bar, Mac an cheese, an a drink, the Mac an cheese was super small, I will not return to your establishments ,we went about a month ago an me my wife an 2 kids spent $97.00, I would rather go to a steak house, someone needs to fix this, kids should not cost over 17 dollars a peice, your prices are a joke

Digusted! I pull up, placed my order and asked a follow-up question when suddenly communication ceased. I waited, said hello a few times and nothing. I drive up to the window where I see a young lady (burgundy and black braids) messing with her headset. Ok, I figured something happened to it that's why she ceased communicating. She takes it off and seems to be going to get another one, or so I thought. She messed with it and then disappeared. I wait. I wait. A gentleman comes to the window and I tell him what happened. He said he had to see if they had anymore of the double fish sandwiches left when I explained he is the first person to acknowledge me since she didn't EVEN THOUGH she saw me at the window, she looked at me. I wait. I wait. Then I see the headset wearing employee, who is no longer wearing a headset, come back into view with a bin of ice and no headset. Her and the gentleman have a conversation about...? No one acknowledges me, no one returns to address my order or why I'm even sitting there so I leave. So guess what? I will not return. I don't spend my money at places with poor customer service. There are too many other establishments out her for me to be subjected to that. This occurred Sunday night just before 10pm, 5216 Glenway Avenue.
