The hibachi was tasty and the chef was entertaining. The service provided was fast and friendly. This was my first time at Fuji Steakhouse, and I'd go back.

New cooks dont put on a show and they dont squirt saki in your mouth anymore but the food is still wonderful

First we were sat at a table that had 2 inches of water under it. We asked if we could be moved and the waiter said it was just water from the morning cleaning!! 😄 We moved, the bottom of my pants were soaked. Then when we got up to be moved there was a worker sleeping in the booth behind ours. Weird!! We went the the hibachi section. They brought out 3 drinks one after the other that had no carbonation. We got water. The food was mediocre. They had spaghetti noodles for theor lo mein. I would not say anything if one of these things happend but the whole think was not great. Our cook was not into it. Last and final straw where I will never go back is that from the doors to the bathrooms the place was filthy!

Ordered the Cincinnati roll, steak and chicken hibachi. Bland but sweat. Everything was bland but slightly sweet. The steak and chicken was overcooked and dry. The noodle tasted like they had sugar and soy sauce. The vegetables were the best part of the meal. They had taste.

The service was nice. They check on me multiple times. Food came quickly.

All in all Price was not bad. $50 for a sushi roll and combination hibachi.
