We went for my dad's 60th birthday dinner we made reservations for 14 and they said it was all good but we could tell it was overwhelming for them all.. the food was good a little salty but not bad they didn't have any lettuce so we didnt receive an appetizer salad or anything in place of it.
We were in town visiting family. We had a great time and the food was great.
Food is ok but they automatically charge an 18% gratuity and the house keeps half. The owners of the restaurant should not be stealing their staff's tips
The food was good! It was not a lot of people there. That was my first time eating there. The waitress was very nice.
The server and bartender were very friendly. But a cockroach crawled out of our hibachi grill so we left before our food arrived. The server was aware that the restaurant had issues with insects.
There was a roach that CRAWLED out from between the table and grill. Running around the table, where WE WERE EATING AT!!! Disgusting
Cockroach! Was waiting to eat and saw come up from between the grill and table. So gross.
Just overall boring tasteless food. I eat A LOT of Japanese. This being the first time here I was really surprised at how bad the food is. Chicken tastes like it came from a can. Udon noodles were slimy as opposed to sticky. Couldn't wait to pay the check and leave
They started yelling at me and told me to leave. For absolutely no reason. They weren't busy. They were rude and impatient. I'm a Veteran and I rarely go out. This place is now one of the reasons I don't.
Honestly first time in 7+ years I’ve been here. I had low expectations based off being spoiled from Columbus area hibachi, and I will say, generally speaking, Cincinnati has not hit my personal standard of good asian food. We’ve had great service, a no-frills hibachi chef, very simple and focused on his craft, and great experience overall. The veggies, fuji special, fried rice, were all great. Only, and it’s very minor, disappointment is no ginger sauce, only yum yum which is very good.

Have gone a few times now. It's always delicious and quick only issue was last time they didn't have ranch dressing for their salads. Sure I'll b back soon.
I was SO excited for my order to arrive until a good-sized cockroach walked across our table and we had to get up and leave :/ They didn't even offer us the drinks we had ordered on the house, still had to pay. Not a great experience obviously...even worse because we were going out to eat with our dad that we haven't seen in quite some time who is in town for a visit. Took him to Green Papaya instead.
Ask the servers and workers why the bang and move the plates on the tables before seating people or opening. The first table to the left is infested with roaches. The whole place has roaches. I worked there and was fired with no reason. Employees are rude and owners are extremely disrespectful. Im not mad in any way just think people should know before eating that roaches are inside the tables
This was a good place to eat. We had a good time and the hibachi master put on a good show for us.
I paid for a meal that I feel was over priced. The taste was not bold or there at all and the portion that was served was very small for $30. I asked for extra shrimp and never received it. If I did I paid for three shrimp because there were so little served despite me paying for extra. My veggies were steamed not grilled. The quality of the food should be better!
