The gentleman working at the front was absolutely amazing, so friendly, informative, and just overall very pleasant! Experiences like that will definitely draw in customers and keep them coming back.
Got a bowl from here for the 1st time and it was amazing. Very tasty and fresh. Could only eat half of it before I was full and saved the rest for later which it made a good reheat. Will for sure be eating here again!

The food is great, and I eat here often. However, every time I visit, the cashier isn't wearing gloves. They handle the money and the point of sale, then grab the rice scoop from the large storage bins of cooked rice. After scooping out your rice, they throw it back in the container with the rice. That is extremely unsanitary.
Seen owners response. Will update if next time I’m there and they are wearing gloves. So far though, I have been there at least 20+ times and no gloves. Grosses me out every time but their portions and food is way better than chipotle. Not many fast healthy places to eat so I put up with it.

I usually love this place the food is typically pretty decent and I loved the boba tea!! But this time was a an extremely horrible experience, and that was solely because of the young lady that works the register was extremely rude and had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! She was rude from the beginning, she said “what do you want we’re closing in 30 mins” with a bad attitude and I’ve came to Fusabowl many times and I always get the same thing and the lady rang me up for the wrong food so when I noticed the price difference I mentioned it to her and she just huffed and puffed and even argued with me before changing my order to the right one! I even said “you must’ve had a bad day huh” and she says “ im just ready to go”, also I probably wouldn’t have wrote this review if it wasn’t for my boba tea literally tasting like watered down juice, and I do feel like she did it on purpose!

Think of Fusabowl as the chipotle of sushi - I love that I can build my own roll. We come here pretty often and it's usually a 10.

The little girl thats works in here with the braids with no hairnet to protect our food from hair getting in it has a very bad customer service she need to find another job if you don't like people as you was acting like and this place needs to be cleaned it's triflyn in this establishment

Just had an awful experience here. I bought a “Toogoodtogo” bag which is essentially SUPPOSED to be a big mystery bag of a bunch of random stuff. It’s an app to help food waste from restaurants… i pay on the app then come and pick it up. It’s supposed to also be ready for pickup already. Instead i show up and the young girl working there has no idea what i’m talking about or what to do. So instead she asks what i want and i order one little bowl of stuff even though thats not how it’s supposed to be. I then ask her if there’s anyone else that knows what it is and if they can help me she said “my boss just said to give you this” which was the little bowl i had to order. I’m not blaming her at all. I have a feeling her boss just wanted to be cheap or something. But this isn’t the way it’s supposed to go AT ALLL. It was a weird uncomfortable experience and the entire time i just felt like i was making the girl mad. Anyways i’m not doing this again, and i’ll try to figure out a way with the “Toogoodtogo” ppl to get my money back and maybe just get this place off that app if they aren’t doing it how it’s supposed to be done.

I love this concept and their execution.
My wife loves the sushi, bento box and the hibachi bowl.
I have ordered the same hibachi bowl twice.
It is worth the traffic to get to this little plaza to get fresh food prepared to order.

Food tasted okay, but place did not seem clean. Bathroom was filthy. Lady getting our food had long hair with no hair net. Her hair was not even tied back. One out of two family members had gastrointestinal issues within a few hours of our meal.

Idk what the heck happened today but something is not right. Everything I've eaten it's it's been Fantastic but today the fish was disgusting and did not taste fresh at all. The rice and steak did not taste fresh like I'm really about to throw this away and it's ashame because I love your food but I can't eat this something is wrong
