I haven't eaten yet ordered via ubereats for pick up thus I went myself order went over the estimated time by quite a bit they did apologize which is okay would have liked if they offered a drink for the wait, I miss old customer service were they went above and beyond but hey at least they acknowledged they hadn't made a portion of my food yet I hope irs cooked all the way.

I love it! I always get the chicken bowl and it's more than enough for me to eat, my kids love it. Very peaceful and calm inside I enjoy that I'm use to the busy go go go.

Please pay more attention when bagging up door dash orders. I ordered 2 orders of spring rolls because they are delicious and ended up with only 1 order of egg roll which I don't like at all. I'm pretty disappointed.
Not sure if it was the delivery driver or what, but my food was cold and not satisfying. This is the 1st time I've been disappointed by Fusabowl n hope the last.
