The food was perfect, the place was clean and nice, and it was great to see my old friend Luke there today! He’s just great! ❤️❤️❤️

Well now I know why this place was completely empty at peak dinner hours. Very expensive for what is essentially the equivalent to drive-thru sushi, and flavorless. I won’t be going back here.

Staff were friendly and made great bowls! We went for lunch on a Monday. I used online order and it was ready a couple minutes before the estimated time.

We got a build your own salad bowl, build your own rice bowl, mango sticky rice, and lavender lemonade. Everything was healthy and did not seem to have too much sugar or sodium. The raw fish and veggies were very fresh. We’ll be back!

Gluten-free items were labeled in the app and included sauces and crunchy toppings!

Got food for my wife my kid and myself. We ordered a sushi roll, a kids bento, and a rice bowl with "soy glazed chicken" along with 3 drinks. Cost $40 +tip.

The sushi rolls were "good" according to my family but my bowl, particularly the chicken, was inedible.

To start, the "soy glazed chicken" was simply the roasted chicken that had been sitting in the warmer long enough to get soggy with the sweet soy sauce squirted all over it.

That would have been bad enough but along with this newly "glazed" chicken came additional pieces that had been in the warmer so long that they were too hard to chew.

I choked down enough rice and veggies to sate my hunger but I wasn't happy about it. Even less happy that I paid over $13 for it.

Was greeted upon arrival. Two staff members working. One was sweeping rice off the floor and the other was prepping an online order because no one was in there when I went in. The associate that was prepping the online order stopped to help me with my order and the other that was sweeping stopped sweeping, didn't wash his hands and just put gloves on and finished the online order. The prep table was filthy. I had rice stuck to the bottom of my bowl and sauce on my lid. Nothing was wiped off not my bowl the counter the staff hands nothing. If you go to this location don't order online so you can see what they are doing to your food.

Vegetarian options: Fusian has tofu and plenty of veggies

Parking: Fusian is located in the strip mall with a lot of free parking for all. May get busy during rush hour but during the evening you will.have convenience of parking at the front entrance.

Went to the Hyde Park location. The food was at best, average. The service was just okay and the ambiance was shocking. The music was incredibly loud and on top of it, it was mostly rap music. It felt as though we were in a night club. Not the relaxed environment you hope for when eating out. Don’t think I’ll be back

The food is good but the service at this location is horrible. Slow and sloppy. The Kenwood location is night and day.

The food is great! Fast food sushi isn’t super prevalent in most of the country, so it’s great to have a place like Fusian that does it well. If you do order from here though, don’t do it online. If you do order online you will almost certainly spend 15-20 minutes after your scheduled pickup time watching the people who ordered in store get their food almost immediately while the employees seem to almost willfully ignore your order. The tagline for their online orders is “Skip the Line” it should be “watch the people in line get their food way before you do.”

Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating of Gluten free costumers.
