Went to the Hyde Park location. The food was at best, average. The service was just okay and the ambiance was shocking. The music was incredibly loud and on top of it, it was mostly rap music. It felt as though we were in a night club. Not the relaxed environment you hope for when eating out. Don’t think I’ll be back

Just went in and we waited about 5 minutes, the server did not even acknowledge us. He just did his thing, no hello, one minute, even eye contact. So we walked out. Worst service i think I have ever experienced. Bummed because was looking forward to trying.

The food is great! Fast food sushi isn’t super prevalent in most of the country, so it’s great to have a place like Fusian that does it well. If you do order from here though, don’t do it online. If you do order online you will almost certainly spend 15-20 minutes after your scheduled pickup time watching the people who ordered in store get their food almost immediately while the employees seem to almost willfully ignore your order. The tagline for their online orders is “Skip the Line” it should be “watch the people in line get their food way before you do.”Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating of Gluten free costumers.

I was highly disappointed with the sushi. While the flavor was good, the spicy Mayo drenched the rolls and the rolls were falling apart by the time I received it. I have loved FUSIAN since I first tried their food in high school, but this meal was just shocking. I will not be eating here again.

The staff have zero hustle. They need a separate space for making their delivery orders like Chipotle, because it seems like making a roll also takes forever.
Food is good but just be wary that if you order food from here to go and don't tip they will intentionally mess up your order, won't be going back to this place ever again, it has happened to me three times in a row

I have always been a fan of this fast casual chain but it's been awhile since I've been here. I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The restaurant was very dirty. There was food everywhere behind the counters. The girls who took my order were very nice but it was complete chaos. There was a Avocado smashed on the counter near the registers. Kernels of rice were scattered everywhere. All of the tables were dirty and sticky. The condition of the restaurant just didn't make me feel good about eating the food. Who knows how long the meat was sitting out or was it even kept chilled? I could only eat a little bit of my food after the thought of it. We even had to eat outside at the Starbucks tables because the tables were to gross. I had the crunchy topping on my sushi but it was totally stale. Perhaps they just can't find enough workers. I'm so disappointed and won't be coming back.
