I’ve had a few bad run ins with this place but it was always a Sunday so I decided to try during the week see if i got the same experience. So I called to place a pick up order and was asked to hold the cashier sits the phone down and takes a few order then proceeded to joke laugh and play with coworkers while I’m waiting to order food. So I’m in the car I figure I’ll head over so I can pick up but I’m left on the phone while listening to workers play and joke and ignore the phone. I arrived at the restaurant while still on hold walk in to a empty line and asked for the manager. The manager comes up and has absolutely no concern for the poor customer service and states that he is franchised. Worst service ever!!!! They always have an excuse for the poor service today was the last straw I will no longer support this business and their absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!

I love this place! Lindsey and Crystal were super friendly and helped me decide what to order. Customer service was super on point and I will definitely be returning. The food was amazing as well!

Seriously good tacos with a broad selection of ingredients including breakfast options. Although they seemed understaffed (who isn't these days?), they were polite and made sure we were satisfied, including offering great suggestions when ordering. Looking forward to my next visit!

I was told they were out of the kind of tacos I tried to order and when I was given my receipt I saw I was charged for them anyway. Took about 30 minutes to get my order and then another 30 minutes of waiting to ask them to correct the charge for tacos I didn’t get. I didn’t think I was being unreasonable asking to only pay for the food I was actually getting but they didn’t refund me for them or give me anything in place of them since I was already charged. The food was okay but not worth the hassle and not worth over paying for.

went there for the 1st time yesterday only got 3 tacos when we ordered 10 0lus rice and sauces .... tried to call that night and the entire day today with no answer $27 for 3 tacos is a bit much when there is 0 customer service

Fantastic Mexican food and staff. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I always love the chips and guac.

The new management is AWFUL. This used to be such a fun and chill place to come to but now it’s terrible. They scam and will put a DROP of liquor in your overpriced drinks and treat u like ur a 16 year old. 1/10

Went here in the summertime, it's totally not crowded then. When UC is in session though, it's hard to get a table. Food is good. Music IS TOO LOUD. That is the big negative for me. It was so loud it was hard to hear each other talk. The shrimp tacos seemed to be the hit when we were there, and there is a rotating special that is usually worth trying.

Always love going to fuzzy's, that have lots of great food choices and the staff is always in a great mood! Will definitely be back time and time again!

Food is good, reasonably priced and they are pretty good about having your order ready for you on time when you order ahead using the app. Plus you get free food when ordering through the app and accumulating points.
