Went for lunch, not busy. Maybe 4 people total. Ordered rueben egg rolls. Menu stated 6 pieces. Received 4. Picked them up to eat, oil literally dripping out of them. Not served as appetizer as ordered. Ordered fish and chips. Fish swimming with oil in bottom of container. Chips (fries) and beer were ok. It is serve and clean up yourself. Quality and staff responsiveness has definitely diminished.

Tuesday, the roads cleared and our car took us straight to Gilligan's Brewery. We have had the fish and chips- it's so good, hard to try something else, but we needed an iron infusion so hamburgers it is! Kelly poured our beers and then we ordered lunch. My partner had the Bitter and the Mushroom swiss burger, of course with fries! I had the Stout and Patty Melt (January Hand held, see photo below)! It was sooo good and good together. We found a table in the sun way to the back of house, but Kelly still checked on us!

The City of Wyoming does a great job plowing - so the nice clear lot around back had a path to the front door. This is a new favorite spot. Can't wait to see what next month's Hand Held is... maybe Tim will reveal a sneak peak. The beer here is so tasty, and tastes like... beer. This is a family friendly place, in case you want to bring them. Great location! Kelly and Tim, we will see you next time! (Maybe this week!)

Overprice place. I order the summer salad ($12) and added chicken, they billed me for that 23 bucks!!!! For a small piece of grilled chicken (11 bucks, seriously????).... it is definitely not worth.....

Not busy on a weekday evening. Sort of 'self serve'. Good food, came out hot. Nice outdoor hangout spot.

We went there late on a Sunday morning so it was relatively empty. You order as you go in. The menu was decent for a brew pub. Our food came out quickly and was very good. I did not have a drink but was told by others in my group that their drinks were delicious. There was a very nice outdoor seating area and several different indoor areas. There are also plenty of TV for sports viewing. This seems like a vibrant place when it is full and would definitely recommend a visit

Excellent selection of beers with a flight option. The food everyone in our party got was both well-presented and delicious. Pesto Chicken Sandwich with fries and Fish n Chips were particularly delightful.

Best brew pub Wyoming could ask for. Eclectics UK/euro beers for Gilligans and all the amazing beers from it parent company Westside! The food is absolutely Incredible as well!

This place has potential, but the location is tough. The manager was super accommodating and the Reuben rolls are fantastic. The burger I tried, though, was pretty mid—underseasoned and almost felt like a pre-portioned frozen patty.

The patio is a great spot for dogs, but the ordering system is really frustrating. You have to order food and drinks separately, which doesn’t make much sense. When we visited, there were two hosts standing around and two bartenders with 4 bar guests, yet you still have to walk up and order from two separate spots. Why can’t I place my food with the bartender who isn’t busy???

What left the worst impression was the tipping process. The bartender pre-selected a 20% tip amount before handing me the screen. I normally tip 20% without thinking twice, but having it assumed and forced in that way was a first—and honestly frustrating, especially for walk-up service.

I run a bar/taproom myself, and the service here just feels off. With the setup and staffing they have, this place would be much better as a full table-service concept. Have your servers watch the door, a sign that says wait to be seated and rotate the floor. It’s never been busy enough the 3 times we have gone to justify this style of service.
