Been to many family owned Italian places in New York City over the years. This is the first time I’ve found really good authentic Italian outside New York City honestly. I would absolutely go back again. The Puttanesca with veal was wonderful.

The cannoli with cream was $9.50, pricey - but it was the best cannoli I've had so far.

The prices do not match the food and service you receive. They were out of some food and server was not friendly. Very dissapointing since we had 7 people in our party celebrating a birthday. Ferraris is a much better choice.

Only been once, but both entries were very fresh, authentic Italian dishes. Reasonable prices. We WILL be back!Have dined a couple more times. Once the bread knots were swimming in garlic butter, but last night they had zero butter at all and a bit dry.Entrees are homemade and sauce is good. Delicious light Italian dressing. Wish they would bottle it!Giovanni's came to the table. Very personable and we enjoyed conversing! Go for lunch for better prices or go early afternoon to avoid waiting for food.

They apparently hate their job and take it out on the customers. Took forever for anyone to even notice we were waiting to be seated. Took nearly an hour to get our food. No one asked if we needed more drinks while we waited. After we ate we never got the check. We had to chase it down. The food was OK. Except the terrible salad bar.

We love Giovannis. Great local family place with authentic and affordable Italian food. Stuffed shells, lasagna, and the garlic bread are always amazing. Also if you love tiramisu this is your place because it doesn't get much more authentic and tasty!

Great Italian!!! What else can I say? So many dishes to choose from. Can't wait to try all of them. You'll find some traditional classics in this menu that you won't find anywhere else. Definitely worth the visit! You won't be disappointed. *Hint: take a large group for dinner, add a good bottle of wine from their cellar, and share samples amongst friends.*

We used to love this restaurant but the removal of calzones, pizza etc means we will choose another restaurant to dine.

Great little Italian restaurant my husband took me to that we wanted to try. We were happily surprised with great authentic Italian food, wine and beer. You've got to try it! We're definitely going

Wow! This place! Lived here 6 years and can't believe we've never been here before. When our big family walked in, we were immediately welcomed with a warm smile and open arms (literally!) from the owner who promptly combined tables to accommodate us. Our server was equally as welcoming and kind. Everyone loved the food (my chicken was a little over cooked, but I loved the place so much I am willing g to give it another try) and we will definitely be going back.

Our former classmates got together today at Giovanni’s for lunch. We had around 12-14 people, most of us, had never been there before. Food was delicious, iced tea very good, and we received little garlic bread knots we our entrees. Side Salad is extra. We also had a garlic cheese bread for an appetizer. Tiramisu and their cannolis were so delicious. It’s a little pricey but well worth it. Service was slow, but just one server today. It was alright, gave us more time to talk. The server was very nice, friendly, and could joke with us. A very pleasant day indeed.
