Spent time with my coworkers Saturday, we had a late breakfast. The restaurant atmosphere and the neighborhood of Glendale was quaint and welcoming. I had an ham and veggie omelet with potatoes and rye bread. Simple but delish! Everyone at my table was quite pleased with their meals and are looking to return in the very near future.

Visited on Thursday 12/11/25. my two friends and I got there just before 6:00 p.m. we were the only people on the first floor. The bartender, an older brunette lady, proceeded to ignore us for at least 15 minutes while doing busy work on her register . She finally took our orders and 10 minutes later we got three beers. Mind you, we were the only people in the first floor and we were sitting at the bar. We had tickets to see a movie in Springdale at 7:00 p.m, after serving our beers she disappears for another 15 minutes and comes back and says I'll take your orders in a few minutes and disappears for another 15 minutes. We finally got our food, we all got the same thing, the fish and chips however only one of us got the coleslaw that was included in the item on the menu. We didn't have time to argue we ate and wanted to get a second beer. It took so long to get the second beer that we were able to take about two sips of it before leaving. We showed up to our movie 15 minutes late. This lady needs to do a better job of customer service. Based on that last experience I will not be back.

Food was bland, at least the fish and chips, definitely worse since changing ownership. Beers tasted off like lines haven't been cleaned. Service was par for the place. Plenty of trains to watch.
