Had to try a Cincinnati three way while in town. I was whelmed. It's a sit-down, family-style restaurant with a drive-thru window, and the food is basically ready the instant you order it. So is it fast food, or family dining? Although there's a clear fast food counter to order when entering, a host greeted me, sat me, took my order, and brought my food. Honestly, the whole experience was bewildering. But the server was fun, and the food was all right. The main oddity was the cook f-bombing right and left with his co-workers, and it's not like the cook area is hidden or anything. Way to really lean into that *family* vibe, guys.

This place used to be fantastic but now everytime we go through the drive-thru, something is always, always missing. I shouldn't have to unpack the bags everytime just to make sure it's all there, especially with hungry kids complaining to get home. We'll likely stop going here or at least limit the frequency. There's a few other chili options around and I'm just tired of being disappointed.

I'm going to tell you one thing about this particular gold star. They fixed the food as if they're fixing it for somebody. They care about the burger is always spectacular. It's as consistent as a big Mac and the fries are always fresh crisp and hot. They do a very good job. Delivering a quick snack at gold star on ridge road.Keep on keep up the good work guys
