We had their hamburgers and crinkle cut fries. Everything tasted fresh and the fries were piping hot. Atmosphere inside was clean and modern. Server was friendly and attentive. We will definitely go back!

For over $20 I got some mid sandwiches from T&C. Barely any cheese on my sandwiches and with no flavor. And why would you serve me a sandwich like this? Could have made this at home and saved me some money. This place CAN'T be affiliated with the solo T&C restaurants.

Once again, Gold Star is off my list. Total lack of effort by the staff to fill drive-thru orders quickly and accurately. I had to ask for my drink because they forgot it and then they didn't give me any cheese for my 3-Way AGAIN! Gold Star needs to figure out how to staff their restaurants with people who care about the customers and try their best. Skyline does a much better job of this and I will be going there instead.

The food was alright but our order was wrong and the staff were really rude. We ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and were given 1 grilled cheese and 1 fried chicken sandwich. We were also told this location doesn't serve items which are advertised as being available at this location on the website so if you are the type of person that checks online before going don't bother, it's either outdated or just wrong and god forbid you order something they don't have, the staff are going to be rude about it. It wasn't a good experience, I miss the old Tom and Chee, not worth the time or money.

Went for the Tom and chee for my daughter. It was NOTHING like Tom and Chee. Bacon bits, not real bacon, and shredded cheese, not slices, not a great experience.

I went here because I was wanting Tom & Cheese. I had gone to another Tom & Cheese location in West Chester and had such a wonderful experience, so I thought I would try this one. Buyer beware, rant incoming! This place is not a true Tom & Cheese location in my opinion. It's first and foremost a Gold Star. If you want Gold Star then this place would be a solid 4 star. However they only offer a partial Tom & Cheese menu, very disappointing. Also they do not provide the same food as a regular Tom & Cheese. Got the southwestern street corn salad it had a romaine blend instead of mixed greens for the base, the chipotle ranch salad dressing was also not the same as theirs has a spicier kick to it, and the tortilla strips were dry and very stale. I ended up picking them out. Second the mac & cheese ticked me off. It's supposed to be a four cheese blend. The West Chester location makes theirs using white cheeses; it's so creamy, well baked, and absolutely delicious. However, this location uses a cheap-box-tasting mac & cheese adding in their yellow cheddar cheese. Seriously, it is no better than the Walmart deli counter mac, disgusting over cooked pasta that is definitely not creamy, delicious, or worth the $5 price tag. Needless to say, I'm beyond livid with my experience and the amount of money I spent for this meal. I will NOT return here as they are giving Tom & Cheese a bad name. If I want Gold Star, I'll go to my normal local location where at least I don't feel like I'm being lied to about what they offer on their menu.
