My wife and I took 4 family members who live in New Jersey and California and had never eaten Cincinnati Chili to the Gold Star restaurant at 4544 Reading Road, Cincinnati for lunch on Tuesday, June 24. It was a totally wonderful experience. The manager and server were incredibly hospitable and welcoming and made everyone feel at home, explaining the menu and even bringing bibs to protect our clothes. We had 3-Ways, 4-Ways, 5-Ways, Cheese Coneys, and a Vegetarian 3-Way for my sister who doesn’t eat meat. She loved it! As always, the food was delicious and the service impeccable. They are all now “fans” of this great delicacy. Thanks to all at the store for making it special.

I ordered 2 phony coney,then ordered 2 cheese coney lite onions and heavy mustard. My sister and I received cheese and bread.

This place is crazy, hey owner change your whole night time drive thru crew, their attitudes stinks, make consistent mistakes then give you a fuse about what they screwed up on. Very rude and disrespectful. If they are not happy working there, then go find you another job otherwise do your job, please the paying customers. Or owner tear it down lol...
