I been ordering from here for over 2 years and just picked up some Goldstar today. They forgot my cheese for my 5 way. It should be an international crime. Regardless food was still delicious fresh and hot. I'll consider increasing the rating once they earn my trust again haha. 😆

Woman working the drive-through window on Labor Day around 7:40 PM Single-handedly restored my faith in customer service. Asked clarifying questions, Asked if I want hot sauce and crackers, And was all over one of the tightest people I’ve interacted with in customer service in well over four years. Not happy with gold star today got 2 reg 5 ways the girl who waited on me wasn't to bad but apparently they don't know how much chili to put on there hardly any chili on it very disappointing I have to say figured I'd give it another chance even though a few months ago we got the same thing and the spaghetti was chopped up and water logged I won't be back there again.

I had to wait in the drive-through for a long time while they had 4 staff members working 1 order in the dining room that wasn't busy. when I recieved my food after eating most of it, it had a long black hair in it. I called the manager on duty And all he could say is I apologize in a very nonchalant way and had no concern. He might as well have said what do you want me to do about it? I've been to this location quite a few times and the food and quality has recently been getting bad and now this. Never going back

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, the food is very fresh and is quality. However everything on the menu is at least $1 more than it should be, it adds up quick and makes it difficult to justify coming here often. The portions are very small. The hotdogs don't even make the length of the bun and the drinks are much smaller than most other places. I like it but it's just so expensive and it doesn't feel like what you get for it is worth it. Also don't know why my burger bun had chunks missing out of it.
