Been there 3 times.they make the skimpiest coneys ive ever seen in my life.i watched the old lady add the chilli so sparringly and carefully to the coney i could barely taste it..the cheese amount was also skimpy..no wonder it takes so l9ng to get your order every time i go its atleast a 10 min wait and thats without cars in the drive thru or customers in the store.absolutely ridiculous..shoukdve stayed closed..wont be gon back to this place.

Change your hours online, went through the drive thru at 8:50pm and tried ordering chilli cheese fries, they told me they couldn’t make them because they close in 10 mins (9:00pm) Store hours online state that this establishment is open til 11pm.

I've never been a fan of the chili here, but I'm glad they got smart and expanded their menu. It is smaller than I expected, but in this day and age it's expected. I took my Dad to lunch and got a double Decker. Almost as good as I remembered.
Parking: The entrance is off of USF and not the street.
Wheelchair accessibility: One level with handicap spots right in front of the door.

Disgusting! Ordered 2 chili cheese with/ from the drive thru. What i got was a sloppy disgusting mess that couldn’t be eaten by hand, and no silverware was provided. Place would have been better to stay closed after the fire. The food i received should be criminal….that bad!

Manager is extremely rude and has no customer service skills at all. Food was definitely not up to par especially considering the way the manager talked to and treated me. This was my 1st visit and most likely my last. Spent over $40 dollars to be completely disappointed not to mention the food not being right, just plain terrible! I do not recommend.
