I waited a few days to make this review to see if the manager would keep his word. He didn't. Me and my girlfriend went on friday night, was busy as expected that wasn't an issue for us. Line moved quick we ordered or food and waited. We ended up waiting about 50 muns before a guy who I assume is the manager came up to us and told us our food was never made but they are in the process of making it and that HE WOULD COMP OUR MEAL for the long wait. Disappointed but satisfied with the fact the food would be free we waited another 15 mins before we got our food. A few days later the food was never comped and I'm in the process of having to dispute the charge. Highly disappointed in the entire situation to be honest.

I placed an online pickup order for dinner. It was what I wanted and I forgot to stop before I left downtown after work. Got there and was ignored at the pickup window. Someone finally pointed out to the guy at the window that I was standing there. Yeah…so I give him my name and he says “we just called your name”. Sure. I get all the way home and my order is WRONG. There’s some beef and jalapeños. Not what I ordered as I don’t eat red meat. I wasn’t driving back downtown because it’s late at this point. Throw the food away because it’s inedible. Wait the next day to call, no answer and the voice mail is full. Send an email. Crickets. They’ll never get another dollar out of me and I’ll discourage anyone else from going again. They used to be good. They’re horrible now. Don’t waste your money or time.

Excellent little stop on our walking tour of the neighborhood! Kind staff. Tasty tacos. Wonderful atmosphere in an old beautiful building. I could feel the history as we dined.
Love getting Gomez for delivery. The turtle is like a better crunch wrap supreme and I get it every time. Queso is mid but the guac is fresh.

Despite a full house prior to the FC game, the line moved quickly. We rec'd friendly, efficient service and were gifted two seats at the bar. The burrito was fabulous, the draft beer flowed and we made it out w/plenty of time to spare. Great experience!
