TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! i came there last monday & payed for my food just for them to come back & tell me that they didn’t have what i ordered. MIND YOU BEFORE I ORDERED I WAS TOLD THEY ONLY HAD FISH & CHICKEN & DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THAT. AT 8pm ????????? manager was supposed to refund me the next day but didn’t. i came back wednesday & another person did a “refund” but it’s been a whole week & half STILL NOTHING ! i’ll be disputing with my bank & never coming back. ZERO STARS 🚫🚫🚫🚫👎🏽🚮

Whew, where do I start??? This lounge is located in a neighborhood. It was recommended to me by a hotel worker and I wish I never came here. I usually try to support black owned business, but this was a mess.

The music was too loud, and it looked sketchy outside. When you walk in the security inserts your ID in this device, I dont know why, but that was a red flag. He was actually the nicest worker there. The bartender did not smile one time. She ignored me for 10 mins before I was able to order.

I then waited 40 minutes for 6 chicken wings and fries. When I asked about my order, the bartender stated, "I'm not the cook babe." Smh.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're visiting from out of town ??‍♀️. Super ghetto and not very customer service oriented.

It was supposed to be r&b night, but rap/trap music was played the majority of the time.

There is very limited parking.

The bartender with the blow dryer tattoo on her chest needs customer service training. Rude and unwelcoming. I left after I got my food, no tip, except smile and treat your customers like you want to be there. If not, quit and work at a jail or prison.

Not used to security grabbing my breast coming in but I guess this is to “keep it safe” The mood is angry here and the patrons are extremely unfriendly and confrontational. There was really drunk guys here that make it very uncomfortable. I just will never be back.

Good Brothers would like to scan your ID, and parking is not the best. But the food is good, the DJs / music is always great, and my favorite bartender is MOE. Ask for MO.

Too many haters not enough women. I will NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. Unless I’m looking for trouble, nope. Margarita was trash, music was fire! Food smelled amazing but the environment was the absolute worst.
