Jerk Chicken Fries $15.99 Large portion for the price. Cubbed chicken - not shredded (fyi) Didn’t finish because it was too salty for my taste buds. Over seasoned in my opinion. Not going to lie, I am chasing that Island Frydays (Jamaican restaurant. Now permanently closed) taste. I haven’t been able to find a restaurant that can compare to their Jerk Chicken Fries. Parking lot can get limited around the lunch time rush. Wait wasn’t too bad. The cashier had a good balance of the front line.

Everything I have ever ordered has been absolutely delicious 😋 No pork additives to your side dishes (unless you request pork) and not greasy. Very satisfying portions. Can’t wait to order again

I ordered a couple days ago, everything was delicious, I got a small rib tip dinner w/ Mac&cheese and greens, y'all forgot my cornbread but everything was so delicious I didn't care🤣 but y'all still owe me a cornbread 😉, definitely will be ordering again, matter of fact if y'all open today I will be ordering!!!! The service is terrible. I love all people but let’s hire people with customer service skills. It’s an awful system and that’s why I will not return due to the new older man at the register who was half sleep and extremely rude, seriously it wasn’t a good experience

Whoever named this place GOOD THANGZ COOKIN new exactly what they were talking about , I’ve seen this place in multiple order apps , doordash , ubereats and decided to give it a try and OMG I am so happy that I did Fam bam got the chicken Philly which was amazing , I asked for no mayo and it came with it but honestly it was so good it didn’t bother me at all , I will definitely be ordering it again and fix it more to my liking , it comes with fries which are perfect We got the cheese fries which were amazing The potato skins as well Macaroni and cheese was good most places in the area I take one bite and end up spitting it out but good thangz cookin Mac is pretty decent ! Their mashed potatoes too , loved their potato salad, I’ve eaten a lot of soul food restaurants in the area and they all do it wrong where good thangz is definitely doin it right ! Will definitely be trying more on the menu and continue ordering from here !

This was my first time going here and I was so excited to see that they had salmon croquettes! The croquettes, greens, and macaroni were a 10/10! The apple cobbler had the right balance of sweetness as well! This is going to be my new favorite spot, gotta try everything on the menu.
