When I got home, Just got double charged when looking at the receipt. Order was messed up and when the tried to fix, made it even worse. $20 for the wrong ice cream. Can’t even take back because it’ll be melted by the time I get back to their store. Just wanted the Carmel apple pie and ended up with the blue berry!

Tonight Saturday September 23rd went to Graeter's ice cream for the first time. I had the dark chocolate brownie ice cream cone it was phenomenal. Very unique restaurant, excellent service and the ice cream was delicious with definitely recommend this restaurant for sweet treat.

They gave me a cream horn where the cream was not in the horn or in the bag. I didn't find out about it until I got home. Just pushing off their low quality items when you are not booked them.

We reserved a party room at Cherry Grove Graeter's for our son's 7th birthday. The package we chose came with a sundae bar and drinks for the kids, a birthday bear plushy and gift bag for the birthday kid, and playing at the indoor play place. Kendall was our party coordinator and she was amazing! She was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure it was a perfect party for him and his friends.

I was having issues placing an online order bc there site wouldn’t allow me to use the payment method I wanted…I called and made an order ahead of time with a manager, not realizing how busy they were. Can’t explain how meaningful it was that they helped with this order for my boyfriend’s birthday, thank you so much. He’d never been to graeter’s before and is so happy.
