I was having issues placing an online order bc there site wouldn’t allow me to use the payment method I wanted…I called and made an order ahead of time with a manager, not realizing how busy they were. Can’t explain how meaningful it was that they helped with this order for my boyfriend’s birthday, thank you so much. He’d never been to graeter’s before and is so happy.
A true Cincinnati favorite! It's a great stop to wrap up a date night. My personal favorite is the double scoop ice cream of cotton candy and lemon sorbet, I know it sounds weird, but trust me, it's delicious!
I would give 5 start of it weren't for the overpriced ice cream. I actually rated it a 4 bc of it but now changing to 3 starts before finishing this review and it's bc as great as it is, it's ridiculous to charge $7 for 2 scoops of ice cream that's not even on a cone!
