I usually make a stop in after work in the mornings. It sucks sometimes to go in and there out of doughnuts. Feels like a gamble..u wanna grab some doughnuts, but they might be outta everything.

I walked in with an attitude and was not being as nice as usual, I originally came in for a blueberry muffin and hot cocoa but they were out of muffins due to morning rush but I were offered chili or chicken dumplings because I couldn’t make up my mind and I was satisfied, I left with a smile on my face due to the customer service and the nice warm chili they served ☺️

Called store to inquire about nutrion info on a donut and staff did not know. Gave me the number to corporate to call. They did not know either. I requested a manager call me.Edit: Been a week, no call back.

This was the first time my roommate and I went to this location because of it’s convenient breakfast hours. It might be our favorite one in Cincinnati!The pastries were delicious (we had the Danish Donut, Lemon Danish, and Strawberry Danish) and we tried the new Hot Honey Crunch ice cream (yum!).Service and overall quality can’t be beat. Can’t wait to go back!
