The service at this location is excellent - far above and beyond expectations. The ice cream and baked goods are same as any other Graeter's, but the service is so kind, warm and generous. You feel like you're in someone's home, being taken care of which is rare nowadays. I truly enjoyed an hour of hanging out for coffee and donuts here with my 2 year old.
The ice cream and pastries at Graeter's are a delicious must-try, but even better is Jimmy's generous kindness and that of the rest of his staff at this location! If we were local, we'd be regulars, and not just because the ice cream is some of the best we've tasted. Highly recommend!
The staff were friendly and helpful, eager to assist with recommendations and generous with samples. The cozy atmosphere of the shop made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sweet treat with friends or family.
