The ice cream and pastries at Graeter's are a delicious must-try, but even better is Jimmy's generous kindness and that of the rest of his staff at this location! If we were local, we'd be regulars, and not just because the ice cream is some of the best we've tasted. Highly recommend!
The staff were friendly and helpful, eager to assist with recommendations and generous with samples. The cozy atmosphere of the shop made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sweet treat with friends or family.
I walked in with an attitude and was not being as nice as usual, I originally came in for a blueberry muffin and hot cocoa but they were out of muffins due to morning rush but I were offered chili or chicken dumplings because I couldn’t make up my mind and I was satisfied, I left with a smile on my face due to the customer service and the nice warm chili they served ☺️
