I love Graeter’s ice cream to begin with. This location is very large a lot of seating and there is a children’s play area. However, the parking is very limited. Also has a drive-through option. Everything is reasonably priced and very tasty. I highly recommend the boldly bear cat. You can buy ice cream and other tasty treats. I saw some cakes too.

Hands down the world's greatest ice cream. Donuts and other treats look tempting, but always good ice cream. More expensive than some other options, the quality reflects the price and the portions are generous. If they are hosting birthday parties, you will struggle to find a parking space.
This will be be the best ice cream you’re going to find. Truly one of a kind ice cream and easily can become an obsession. There is a flavor for everyone, plus lactose options as well. Staff is always friendly and willing to assist however needed.

We were passing through and it was recommended so we stopped in for some delicious ice cream on our road trip. Staff was very friendly and the ice cream was great. Lots of other sweet stuff is available and you can pick up containers of ice cream to go.

We visited this shop while in Cincinnati on vacation! Not only was the ice cream amazing, but the service was too. They were very patience while our party of five (3 of who are a teenager and two kids). Made our selection. The shop was clean and inviting!

The customer service representative (Hegan) was not welcoming in the drive thru. Very nonchalant, inconsiderate and rude when talking on the microphone. When I pulled up to the window, he knew his customer service skills sucked because he didn’t even look my way. I wanted to say something, but he was kid that probably was just there for a check. I still wanted to address his attitude.
