So I just went in their store got a donut of coffee and purchase the hat because I like the way it look it was a pretty color and as I'm putting the sugar and creamer in my coffee they were whispering to encounter and then they both look at me and gave me a dirty look and walked off I work across the street I was trying to shop at a local business when I could have just got coffee and that from my job I would never ever go into that graders ever again the second time that's somebody's look at me like I'm a homeless person or just look down on me it's sad as I was homeless you cannot judge a book by its cover I work very hard everyday it's people like that that make businesses look bad I have a job interview next week with the one downtown but I'm going to rightfully pass because of this I'm going to tell everyone I know not to go to Graeter's ever again because they look down on people and rude you never know what a person's going through smh.....

The staff behind the counter was friendly and happy. The ice cream was as delicious as always - one scoop of butter pecan and one of maple brown butter pecan - don't judge, it's the holidays - was the perfect way to finish off a busy holiday weekend.

First timer and although not a big ice cream fan this place has the resources to make a convert out of me! Plenty of seating in a big open area and lots of ice cream choices to choose from. I selected a hot fudge sunday with whipped cream (which tasted so creamy!) and didn't notice that the server had accidentally put sprinkles on it. When I got to the counter and mentioned to the young lady, she quickly fixed it for me and didn't look put out by my request. Lots of happy people eating ice cream, including me!

I had Graeter's for the first time while in Cincinnati and it was so good!! It was 100% some of the best ice cream I've ever had. They list all their gluten free flavors on their website which is super helpful. I ordered the Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip and the chocolate chunks in it were amazing. I'll definitely come here when back in the area again! Highly recommend.

You ever go through a drive through and really get an experience? Not just the smell of exhaust but a real personality? That was Ben, fast service, funny kid, slinging ice cream. What more can you ask? Don't have a picture of my banana split because we finished it on the drive home

This review is for the drive thru. Obviously, we all love the ice cream!! And we always appreciate the cleanliness of the inside and play areA. But the drive through service is painfully slow. It's laughable when we are asked to tip after waiting for 30+min.....also, who ASKS for a tip!? The drive thru would be must faster if there were a few changes: only serve pre-packaged items that can be grabbed quickly from the freezer, don't waste time asking for tips, no cash purchases. Graeters would greatly benefit and from a more efficient drive thru.

Evan, Elijah, Miranda and Ben are legit the nicest people ever!! They are funny and nice and always willing to laugh with their customers. I need them to always be here making everyone smile like they made me smile tonight!! Thank you so much to them tonight for giving us great ice cream and a wonderful end to our night here in Ohio!!
