Why do these managers all look like addicts or alcoholics. You can tell something not right with people here this company need to close ice cream overrated 🤦🏾♂️

Raspberry chip is definitely the go-to flavor at this place, although their summer flavors have been disappointing so far. Nevertheless, their sorbets are excellent as well as their classic flavors like vanilla and chocolate!

Love this location! Efficient and kind service every time. S'mores ice cream is great! Pints are available. Benches are available outside but tables are also available inside. Baked goods, donuts, and coffees are there in the mornings.

I was looking to get a piece of this glorious ice cream parlor and it did not disappoint. The staff were courteous and the Buckeye Blitz lived up to the hype. I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor and richness.

We had a really unpleasant experience at Grater’s. The ladies serving us had an attitude, and we weren’t used to graters, so we were looking at the menu. They were waiting for us to order, so we asked for a second to decide on the flavor. When we finally ordered, we sat inside and could clearly hear them talking about how people shouldn’t be indecisive and should have decided what they wanted before they even got to the place. It was also quite racist. I’ll never go back to Grater’s. I’ll go for any other ice cream over theirs.

We visited in October 2024. This location is the original store. We sampled a few ice creams - the menu did not explain what is in the flavors. Obviously some are self explanatory but a few were not. The staff were good with telling us but would have been nice to have read it. I got the pumpkin ice cream and a scoop of midnight snack. Both were super yummy!! Lots of locations around town, it’s a must do when in Cincinnati.

Hadn’t been to this location before and it’s as solid as other Graeter’s locations I’ve been to. Friendly service and great tasting ice cream. Not a ton of seating inside but there are a few tables outside, which is nice if the weather is cooperative.
The s'mores flavor is so good!!! The marshmallows stay soft and chewy and the chocolate melts in your mouth. The actual ice cream flavor is amazing too. Lots and lots of other flavors and the workers seemed really nice and ready to answer our ice cream questions.

We were sitting enjoying our icecream and the one worker (tall, brown hair don’t remember her name) was very rude. She proceeded to continue to harass us about them closing and that we needed to leave in 3 minutes. Then again told us that they were closing and we needed to leave. The customer service here was very dissatisfying, and none of the workers seemed happy to be there.
