Awesome ice cream! Had a Sunday tasted freaking amazing!! The chocolate chips are no chips, they are more like huge fudge chunks! The staff is super friendly and you can sample flavors before deciding. Plus some locations also carry bakery goods. The quality is all Graeter's. Translated, that means graet! 100% recommend!

I stopped in to get a coffee but ended up getting two pints of French pot ice cream, as well. I was really excited to try the collaboration between skyline chili and graeters. It's called skyline spice, and it's so good! It even has oyster crackers in it. But I also got pumpkin ice cream and it was delicious! Great flavor. So easy to eat too. Great customer service at the Clifton shop. ❤️

We went to go try the new Dubai chocolate milkshake which we were excited for. When we ordered, the worker sighed in response to us asking if it was available. While we were waiting, there were 2 other customers inside as well. They continued to trash talk Graeter’s saying the store was gross, the other workers were lazy, and how mad they were that someone promoted this new milkshake. We felt uncomfortable waiting and felt like they were purposely saying these things loud so we could hear. Do not know their names but it was on the night of October 6th.

Ice cream is very good however workers are consistently rude when we go in the evening. Walk away from the counter when we go in, rolling eyes acting like i’m inconveniencing them by going in.

I came into greaters for ice cream and no one helped me they just continued to work it took about 5 mins for someone to help me.. never will I Go back there again

Flavors are very limited and coming to any shake it’s just a drink of ice completely. Their rude stares and tone of voice were completely unnecessary. Customer service should be polite and welcoming, especially in a place like an ice cream store. If you can’t be patient with customers making a choice, especially in an ice cream shop, it says a lot about how little they value customer service.

Wow, amazing ice cream! We tried a dip of each - Salted Caramel, Black Raspberry Chip, Fresh Peach and Butter Pecan. Fast friendly service. We also picked up some additional treats in the bakery section. All good!

Raspberry chip is definitely the go-to flavor at this place, although their summer flavors have been disappointing so far. Nevertheless, their sorbets are excellent as well as their classic flavors like vanilla and chocolate!

Love this location! Efficient and kind service every time. S'mores ice cream is great! Pints are available. Benches are available outside but tables are also available inside. Baked goods, donuts, and coffees are there in the mornings.
