Incredible ice cream as rated by a total ice cream snob. I ordered a scoop of s'mores which was massive. Every component was delicious. Two benches outside to sit on. Staff were lovely. Would recommend for an ice cream and walk afternoon.

Graeter’s is the best ice cream in the country without a doubt. Try the coconut chip in a waffle cone. We also loved the banana pudding. Delicious!

Milkshakes were made wrong. Multiple people went in front of us. Cashiers did not care. “It ain’t my fault.” When ten people got their shakes before I did and I was there first. I still enjoyed the shake tho I ain’t gonna lie but my girlfriend says we will never be back to this Graters because of the service.

Parking: There's a big parking lot across the street on the side of graters.There's also another parking space behind the building where graters is.

Was visiting Cincy and looking for a place to eat ice cream and found this place online and boy was it delicious ! The taste of the ice cream was none like I ever had before . Highly recommended, especially if visiting the area. You won’t want to miss this ice cream spot ! Blackberry chocolate chip is delicious !

Great staff, very friendly, ice cream is great. Very unpleasant sewage smell when you walk in and the lack of public restroom for paying customers isn't great but the kindness of the staff makes up for it.
