My first time here I encountered a nice young lady and her manager cause I have a gift card from my job.. had to type in my card info..my second coming here I got dirty looks from two young girls and they kept staring. I was in uniform and didn't cause no seen so maybe it was my hair cause it was lit.. but when I asked the girl with the fro to open my pop please she tried to make me feel dumb for asking and its not what u do it's how u do things..I said my first time here I was asked did i want them opened cause they are hard to get off.. when in fact later that day I tried to twist off my root beer and it had to be broke off .so i will not return unless i see the same ppl from my first visit.. these two I had to deal with gave me good burger vibes.. in that order

The staff here are friendly, they’ll answer your questions, and even provide you with a sample if you want to try a particular flavor.
I got the salted caramel chip and it was yummy! They got me with the “do you want a second scoop for only $1 more?” ?
Several chairs to sit on inside, and several outside (assuming the weather or the homeless cooperate).
Parking: Street parking is a bit snug and hard to find; not sure if it’s free. There’s a garage about 1/2 block away that’s a bit pricey but it’s roomy and feels secure.

I always come here with my Son after his baseball games, and we have always enjoyed this location. The ladies that were serving us were amazing but one of the male servers was horrible! He was speaking down to me, and in a very horrible tone. I am hard of hearing which made me feel a lot worse. I went back to go see if he had a name tag on and his name was Solomon. I don’t think i will be returning due to the service this young man gave.

Went in to get two scoops of double chocolate chip in a cup x two like always! The young lady had the bucket of ice cream on the counter and was scraping her life away to make sure the bucket had no residue of ice cream left in it. She handed us our cups about half full mostly melted…and I’m like really! This is crazy.. We love the colerain grater's but will probably not visit the vine st graters Again! Ugh!

Ice cream is always good, service at this Vine St location is awful! After standing at the counter and listening to two employees have a full conversation one of them finally looked up and said "is there something you need?" I kindly advised that we had not yet been helped and she appeared confused, there was only one other customer in there and 4 employees! Order 1 scoop and 2 scoops, the 2 scoop only had one of the scoops correct and they tried to charge for 2 scoops on the other that was clearly 1! They were not busy at all so 3 scoops of ice cream shouldn't be this difficult.

Wow. Just wow. This ice cream is incredible. The mix in chucks are HUGE in the best way! I had s'mores and it was the best smore's ice cream I have ever had! The sprinkle dipped cone was delicious as well. I wish we had a Graeter's in Texas! I will dream about this ice cream for a long time!

We come here all the time, as it’s our neighborhood graeters. We were super disappointed tonight when we got two single scoop cones and they were the smallest we have ever gotten. There was zero ice cream down in the cone, just this small scoop on top. For $5 a pop we were sad. Hope this isn’t the new norm.

Good Ice Cream and great service. Store is very clean and nicely decorated. You can buy pints to go. We had a couple incidents with homeless who came in the store while we were there causing a minor commotion, but I'm not sure if that is the norm.

Heard it was extremely popular/famous, so we went in immediately. Ordered Mango sorbet and black raspberry chip. The mango sorbet was okay but the raspberry chip was over the moon delicious.
