Well, graeter serves great ice cream, but this location is even more greater. The service was phenomenal. The guy at the counter was really helpful, he offered us different samples and was very friendly throughout the time.

Got the Boldy Bearcat brownie sundae… 🤤🤤🤤

Prices high, not to mention unfriendly employees.

Lovely ice cream experience. Preferred this location over the one in Indy due to the flavor variety. Staff were efficient and menu was easy to navigate. Banana chocolate chip ice cream is where it's at! 🍌🍦🍫

Phenomenal ice cream - banana with chocolate chunks? Sold. And the chocolate chunks were massive, not tiny chocolate chips! Blew my mind.

If you get a chip flavor you can’t go wrong. They offer a kids size if you ask.

Perfect ice cream with a huge selection of flavors. Plenty of options outside of the ice cream as well, which was surprising.

Came here after a FC Cincinnati game and the staff was super friendly even when slammed with a postgame crowd at closing time.

Great ice cream. Helpful staff.

Doesn't allow pets yet is right by a park. Also a large group of homeless congregate very close by. What should be a nice location to swing by and grab a scoop on a hot summer afternoon is instead a spot to be avoided.

Mix random flavors for a surprise..

The service was great, but I panicked and ordered something I wasn't thrilled about. You might say that was my fault, but I think you can judge an ice cream shop on the quality of a staple like butter pecan. I judge this four stars because it doesn't live up to the hype. Sorry Oprah.

My first time here I encountered a nice young lady and her manager cause I have a gift card from my job.. had to type in my card info..my second coming here I got dirty looks from two young girls and they kept staring. I was in uniform and didn't cause no seen so maybe it was my hair cause it was lit.. but when I asked the girl with the fro to open my pop please she tried to make me feel dumb for asking and its not what u do it's how u do things..I said my first time here I was asked did i want them opened cause they are hard to get off.. when in fact later that day I tried to twist off my root beer and it had to be broke off .so i will not return unless i see the same ppl from my first visit.. these two I had to deal with gave me good burger vibes.. in that order

Leaving the full review at 5 stars, but yeah the “clientele” that roam the sidewalks is less than preferred. Oh well…

The staff here are friendly, they’ll answer your questions, and even provide you with a sample if you want to try a particular flavor.

I got the salted caramel chip and it was yummy! They got me with the “do you want a second scoop for only $1 more?” ?

Several chairs to sit on inside, and several outside (assuming the weather or the homeless cooperate).

Parking: Street parking is a bit snug and hard to find; not sure if it’s free. There’s a garage about 1/2 block away that’s a bit pricey but it’s roomy and feels secure.

I always come here with my Son after his baseball games, and we have always enjoyed this location. The ladies that were serving us were amazing but one of the male servers was horrible! He was speaking down to me, and in a very horrible tone. I am hard of hearing which made me feel a lot worse. I went back to go see if he had a name tag on and his name was Solomon. I don’t think i will be returning due to the service this young man gave.
